The cloud platform uses enterprise server hardware, DDR4 ECC memory and RAID 10 storage. Customers receive full root access and self-service server controls, while operating-system choices cover a wide range of Linux and Windows distributions. These include Windows Server releases from 2012 R2 through Windows Server 2025, Windows 10 and 11, CentOS Stream, Debian, Arch Linux, Fedora, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux and Ubuntu.

Physical Servers are intended for workloads requiring dedicated hardware and direct access to Sun Network's connectivity. These servers include up to 20 Gbps of DDoS protection, IPMI/KVM remote-console access and deployment normally within 24 hours or less. The combination of dedicated hardware and specialized network routing makes this service more appropriate for demanding applications than ordinary low-cost dedicated hosting.

Colocation is available for customers who want to install their own hardware, with options extending from partial rack allocations to complete racks. It can be combined with Sun Network's international transit, private connectivity and DDoS-protection services, which makes the platform useful for businesses operating their own network equipment or server infrastructure.

IPLC provides International Private Leased Circuit connectivity for organizations that require private point-to-point international links. Global IP Transit is aimed at ISPs, content providers and larger networks requiring international Internet connectivity, while Anti-DDoS services provide additional traffic protection for infrastructure exposed to attacks.

China-oriented connectivity is one of Sun Network's strongest technical advantages. Hong Kong CIA routing combines China Telecom CN2, China Unicom and China Mobile. Other routing profiles include CDIA and GIA, while Japanese services can use CIA, CDIA, CN2 or SoftBank routes according to the required traffic profile. This flexibility is especially useful for businesses that must balance mainland-China performance with broader international connectivity.

The customer interface supports English and Chinese, making the service accessible to both international and Chinese-speaking customers. Billing can be handled in USD, CNY and HKD.
