Storm Internet Services is a Canadian Internet, hosting and managed technology provider headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario. The company has operated since June 1996, beginning as a small dial-up Internet provider and gradually developing into a regional communications and infrastructure company serving residential and business customers across Eastern Ontario.

Storm was originally founded by four local businessmen, including Herb Hartwig. An important ownership transition took place in 2003, when Charles Walther and Birket Foster acquired the company. Walther retired in April 2020 and sold his ownership interest to Foster, who continued as Chairman and CEO. The operating company is 4141903 Canada Inc., carrying on business as Storm Internet Services.

Over nearly three decades, the business expanded well beyond its original Internet-access operation.
