📄 Editorial Review
Founded in 2018, Spin Servers is a U.S. Infrastructure-as-a-Service provider focused on bare-metal servers, high-bandwidth infrastructure, VPS, colocation, and private cloud. The legal operator is Majestic Hosting Solutions, LLC, a privately held Texas company. Spin Servers originated as a spin-off from MET International (metint.com), a server-hardware business active since 1994, giving the hosting operation access to a large inventory of enterprise hardware.Founder Arnav Kejriwal remains CEO. The business is relatively compact compared with hyperscale cloud providers and concentrates on physical infrastructure, large bandwidth allocations, network engineering, and hands-on data-center support rather than conventional mass-market shared hosting.
The current portfolio includes Dedicated Servers, KVM VPS, Unmetered Dedicated Servers, Colocation, Hosted Private Cloud, and DDoS Protection. There are no mainstream shared-hosting packages, domain-registration services, website builders, or traditional mailbox-hosting plans.
Dedicated Servers are available in Dallas and Silicon Valley. Dallas ready-to-deploy inventory starts with Intel Xeon E3-class hardware and extends through dual Xeon Gold and Platinum configurations with hundreds of gigabytes of RAM, NVMe/SSD storage, and large disk arrays. Entry configurations have been available from approximately $79/month, making the platform particularly attractive for customers who value physical resources and network capacity over the latest processor generation.
A strong point is the networking included even with lower-priced bare-metal servers. Typical configurations provide dual 10Gbps interfaces, one IPv4 address, an IPv6 /64, IPMI/iKVM access, private VPC connectivity, full root access, DDoS-protected networking, and support for announcing customer-owned IP space. Linux, Windows, and ESXi installations are supported, while cPanel and Plesk can also be installed when required.
A large portion of the budget inventory uses older Xeon E3 and E5 generations, while larger systems use Xeon Gold and Platinum processors. This helps keep pricing competitive for workloads where RAM, storage, cores, and bandwidth matter more than having the newest CPU architecture.
Bandwidth-intensive customers can choose dedicated unmetered configurations rather than relying only on standard transfer allocations. Dallas offerings have included 500Mbps unmetered servers from around $119/month and 1Gbps unmetered servers from around $139/month. Silicon Valley pricing has started around $139/month for 500Mbps and $159/month for 1Gbps. Specialized 10Gbps Unmetered Dedicated Servers start at approximately $1,598/month, while true 40Gbps unmetered systems start around $6,098/month.
KVM VPS provides a lower-cost virtualized option. Standard configurations start around $12/month with 2 vCPU, 2 GB RAM, 40 GB RAID-10 SSD storage, 4 TB transfer, and a 1Gbps network port. Larger VPS configurations scale to dozens of vCPU cores, 64 GB RAM, and hundreds of gigabytes of SSD storage. Promotional VPS configurations have also been available from approximately $7.42/month. VPS customers receive root access, operating-system deployment controls, SSH-key management, IPv4, and IPv6.
Managed Colocation is closely integrated with the company's server-hardware supply chain. Single-server colocation is centered on equipment purchased through The Server Store (theserverstore.com), after which Spin Servers handles delivery into the facility, rack-and-stack work, connectivity, power, and ongoing physical support. A typical colocated server includes IPv4, IPv6 /64, a protected IPMI address, 10 TB monthly transfer over dual 1Gbps LACP, and Level 1 remote-hands assistance.
Customers taking full cabinets can obtain supervised physical access, while individual server deployments are normally serviced by onsite technicians.
Hosted Private Cloud combines dedicated Dell PowerEdge, HP ProLiant, or Supermicro systems with private networking and optional managed infrastructure. Private networks begin with dual 10Gbps connectivity, with 40Gbps, 100Gbps, and custom fabrics available for larger deployments. Arista switching is combined with Juniper and Cisco backbone equipment, while managed and unmanaged firewall options are available.
Private-cloud deployments can be connected directly to AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. This gives businesses a practical hybrid-cloud option when dedicated physical hardware must coexist with services already running in major public-cloud environments.
DDoS protection is integrated across the hosted network. Attacks can be detected and isolated without unnecessarily affecting neighboring servers, while customers requiring active filtering can add the Always Spinning 10Gbps DDoS Filtration service for approximately $99/month. Larger mitigation requirements can be handled through customized arrangements.
Spin Servers also began a major infrastructure-management modernization in August 2026. The newer EasyDCIM-based platform adds browser-based noVNC/KVM access, self-service operating-system installation, newer OS templates, improved bandwidth monitoring, hardware information, and more automated server lifecycle management. The Client Portal continues to serve as the central account and service-management interface during this transition.
