Sorabit is an Indonesian cloud hosting and infrastructure provider operated by PT Gema Akselerasi Teknologi, a Jakarta-based technology company also associated with the GXT business name. The business has operated since 2018 and combines conventional web hosting with cloud servers, email platforms, network infrastructure, colocation and managed IT services.

Its product range includes Personal Hosting, Cloud Hosting, Email Hosting, Domain Registration, Cloud VPS, Dedicated Servers, Colocation, SSL Certificates, Edge CDN, Managed Services, Managed Network Services, external monitoring, reseller partnerships and an affiliate program.

Personal Hosting is the entry-level shared hosting service for personal websites, landing pages, portfolios and small business websites. The platform uses NVMe storage, DirectAdmin, CloudLinux and LiteSpeed, with free SSL certificates, daily backups, unlimited bandwidth, email accounts, databases and subdomains. Firewall, antivirus and anti-spam protection are also included. Resource allocations range from 2 GB to 10 GB of NVMe storage, with 1–2 vCPU and up to 2 GB RAM.

Cloud Hosting uses the same managed hosting foundation but provides considerably larger resource allocations. The plans include 15–60 GB NVMe storage, 2–4 shared vCPU and 4–8 GB RAM. Developer features include SSH access, Node.js, Redis, Git and WP-CLI, making these packages suitable for WordPress, online stores, community websites and smaller web applications. Free migration, automatic backups, SSL, firewall protection and CDN integration are included.

WordPress websites benefit from LiteSpeed optimization, caching, WP-CLI support and automatic platform tuning. A separate older WordPress hosting section also exists, although the newer Cloud Hosting packages provide the more complete option for current WordPress projects.

Email Hosting is built for organizations that require substantial mailbox capacity under their own domain names. Packages provide between 128 GB and 1,024 GB of storage, unlimited email addresses and hourly sending limits ranging from 300 to 600 messages. Features include POP, IMAP, SMTP, catch-all addresses, forwarding, migration assistance, SPF, DKIM, filtering, antivirus protection and IP-reputation monitoring. Larger packages support several hosted domains and higher outbound mail capacity.

Domain registration covers international and Indonesian extensions such as .com, .net, .xyz, .id, .co.id and .my.id. DNS management, domain transfers and WHOIS privacy are available where supported by the corresponding registry.

Cloud VPS uses KVM virtualization, NVMe storage, full root access, a dedicated IPv4 address and self-service operating-system reinstallation. Singapore is the main active cloud location, with packages ranging from 4 vCPU, 6 GB RAM and 100 GB NVMe to 24 vCPU, 120 GB RAM and 600 GB NVMe. Singapore plans include 25 TB of traffic and a virtual network port of up to 10 Gbps.

Indonesia and Amsterdam VPS configurations are also listed, starting with 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM and 50 GB NVMe. These locations are still marked as upcoming, so availability should be confirmed before placing an order.

The Dedicated Server range provides bare-metal hardware for hosting platforms, corporate applications, APIs, virtualization and heavier workloads. Indonesian configurations start with a six-core Intel processor, 16 GB RAM and 512 GB NVMe storage. A larger dual-Xeon configuration includes 32 GB ECC RAM and 1 TB SSD storage. Full root access, operating-system flexibility, optional IPMI and optional server management are available.

Dedicated configurations for Singapore, Amsterdam and the United States also have published hardware specifications and prices, although those regions are still marked as upcoming. Actual stock and deployment times should be confirmed directly with the company.

Colocation is available in Jakarta through IDC Duren Tiga and Cyber 1 Kuningan. Customers can order 1U and 2U shared-rack space or larger 10U–12U quarter-rack allocations. Packages include power, IPv4 addresses, local content connectivity, Indonesian internet exchange access, shared international bandwidth, basic remote hands and infrastructure monitoring.

Quarter-rack services add dedicated network capacity, larger IP allocations, out-of-band management and optional BGP or IP transit. A separate disaster-recovery location in Bandung is planned for customers requiring geographical separation between production and backup systems.

The Edge CDN operates through more than 119 global edge locations and uses Anycast routing, configurable caching and Origin Shield. A basic CDN layer is included with Cloud Hosting, while the standalone Pro service is intended for websites and applications requiring larger bandwidth allocations and more control over caching behavior.

SSL certificates are available from several established certificate authorities. The range includes standard domain-validation certificates, organization-validation certificates, extended-validation certificates and wildcard products for securing multiple subdomains.

Managed Services cover operating-system updates, monitoring, security hardening, backup administration, performance optimization and incident response. These services can be attached to VPS, dedicated servers and larger Sorabit infrastructure. The Enterprise management level adds a customized SLA, change management, security reviews, monitoring integration and a dedicated technical contact.

Managed Network Services are available for companies requiring BGP peering, route announcements, routing policies, dedicated connectivity and network monitoring. Sorabit can also assist organizations that need to obtain or integrate their own ASN and IP resources.

The customer portal includes 360 Monitoring for independent website and server checks. The free package monitors one website every ten minutes with email alerts and 24-hour result retention. The paid Personal package monitors up to five websites every five minutes, retains results for 30 days and supports additional alert channels and full-site scanning.

Monitoring can cover website availability, TCP ports, SSL expiration, response performance, keywords, broken links and missing website assets.

Reseller and managed-partner programs are available for businesses that want to resell hosting or VPS products. White-label arrangements and individually negotiated margins are possible. The affiliate program pays commissions of up to 20% per qualifying order and also includes a bonus for newly registered customers.

The company uses a modern, responsive website rather than an old fixed-width layout. The primary website is written in Indonesian, while the customer portal supports a broad selection of interface languages, including English, Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Turkish and Ukrainian. Prices can be displayed in Indonesian rupiah or U.S. dollars through the portal.
