📄 Editorial Review

SolucionHost is a Chilean hosting provider based in Curicó, Región del Maule, with operations dating back to 2013. The original company was established as SolucionHost SpA, with Chan Chun Feng Díaz associated with its incorporation. The hosting business is now closely connected with Haulmer (haulmer.com), which handles important parts of customer service, legal conditions, SLA provisions and refund policies.

The service range includes shared hosting, business hosting, reseller hosting, Linux VPS / CloudServer, domain registration and domain transfers. Dedicated servers also appear within contractual and billing conditions, although they are not part of the standard hosting catalog currently available for direct online ordering.

The entry-level Hosting Persona packages are intended for personal websites and smaller projects. Plan Estándar 1 includes 20 GB of storage, one hosted domain, two databases and unlimited email accounts. Plan Estándar 2 increases storage to 40 GB and allows two hosted domains, while Plan Estándar 3 includes unlimited storage, hosted domains, databases and email accounts. All three provide unlimited monthly transfer, cPanel, Softaculous, Site Publisher, SMTP, IMAP, POP3, webmail, antispam protection, daily backups, antivirus and firewall protection.

The Hosting PYME range is better suited to companies requiring additional resources. These plans include unlimited storage, databases and email accounts, with higher resource allocations than the Persona packages and up to 400,000 inodes per account. cPanel, Softaculous, Site Publisher, daily backups, antivirus and firewall protection are included. Free cPanel-to-cPanel migration is also available, which is useful for businesses transferring an existing website and email setup.

Reseller Hosting is offered with 15 GB, 30 GB, 45 GB or 60 GB of storage. The plans include unlimited transfer, unlimited hosting accounts, unlimited email accounts and databases, customizable WHM and cPanel access, personalized DNS and Softaculous. The reseller infrastructure uses RAID 10 storage and multi-CPU Xeon-based servers, making these packages suitable for developers, designers and agencies managing multiple customers.

The VPS range is available as Linux VPS and CloudServer Plus, with configurations ranging from 1 GB RAM, 20 GB disk, one CPU core and 1 TB of traffic up to 192 GB RAM, 3.84 TB storage, 32 CPU cores and 12 TB monthly traffic. Parallel VPS packages are available with additional backup capacity. WHM/cPanel and Softaculous can be added separately, while the Pack Todo Listo provides initial configuration of Apache, MySQL, PHP, cPanel, CSF firewall, DNS and basic WHM settings.

Domain registration and transfer services cover extensions including .com, .net, .org, .us, .info, .name, .biz, .tv, .cl, .co, .com.co, .com.mx, .io, .com.ar, .pro and .blog. Chilean .cl registrations are handled through NIC Chile, while international domain services can involve ResellerClub and DonDominio. Qualifying hosting packages can also include a free domain during the first year, excluding premium domains.

Additional services include personalized DNS and professional cPanel migration. Website files, email accounts, scripts and databases can be moved as part of the migration process, subject to technical limits such as the standard 10 GB account-size threshold.

The company primarily targets Chile and Latin America. The website is available in Spanish, and no multi-language/localized version exists. The ordering system is more flexible for international customers and supports prices in CLP, USD, ARS, BRL, COP, EUR, MXN, PAB and PEN.
