Śląsk Data Center (SLDC) is a Polish hosting and server provider operated by LiveNet Sp. z o.o., a company established in 2009 in Tarnowskie Góry. The business combines conventional website hosting with VPS, dedicated servers, domain registration, networking infrastructure and server administration, giving it a broader technical scope than a basic shared-hosting provider.

LiveNet operates its own fiber-optic network extending beyond the Silesian Voivodeship and maintains two professional server rooms in Poland. This infrastructure provides SLDC with direct control over important parts of its hosting and connectivity environment.

The current portfolio includes NVMe Shared Hosting with cPanel, NVMe Shared Hosting with DirectAdmin, OpenVZ VPS, KVM VPS, Dedicated Servers and Domain Registration. Reseller hosting categories for both cPanel and DirectAdmin are also available in the customer system, although there are currently no standard reseller packages listed for immediate online ordering.

cPanel Hosting ranges from 15 GB to 400 GB of NVMe storage. The packages include unlimited monthly transfer, unlimited hosted websites, unlimited subdomains, unlimited MySQL databases, unlimited FTP accounts and unlimited email accounts. The underlying environment combines CloudLinux, LiteSpeed Enterprise with LSCache, free SSL certificates, spam protection, Installatron and Imunify360. Node.js and Python support are also available. Qualifying annual hosting subscriptions include a free .pl domain.

The cPanel platform supports multiple PHP versions, currently ranging from PHP 5.2 through PHP 8.1, together with OPcache and application installation through Installatron. The availability of old PHP branches is useful for legacy projects, although customers requiring PHP versions newer than 8.1 should confirm their availability before migration.

DirectAdmin Hosting follows a similar architecture at a lower entry price. Current packages range from 20 GB to 480 GB NVMe and include unlimited traffic, websites, databases, mailboxes, FTP accounts and subdomains. CloudLinux, LiteSpeed Enterprise, LSCache, Installatron, Imunify360 and free SSL certificates are included. Redis is also available alongside Node.js and Python, making these plans suitable for both conventional websites and more demanding application environments.

OpenVZ VPS is split between NVMe and HDD configurations. The NVMe plans begin with 25 GB of storage, one CPU and 3 GB RAM and scale to 200 GB NVMe, five CPUs and 16 GB RAM. These virtual servers use OpenVZ 7 and include connectivity of up to 1 Gbps with 5 TB monthly transfer. CentOS, Debian and Ubuntu are supported.

The HDD-based OpenVZ range exchanges storage performance for additional capacity and predictable bandwidth. Configurations range from 50 GB HDD, 1 GB RAM and one CPU through 400 GB HDD, 8 GB RAM and eight CPUs. These plans include a 100 Mbps unmetered connection, making them useful for workloads where transfer allowance and disk capacity matter more than NVMe-level I/O performance.

KVM VPS provides stronger virtualization isolation and allows installation from ISO images. Current configurations range from 50 GB storage, one CPU core and 2 GB RAM to 200 GB storage, four cores and 8 GB RAM, combined with 100 Mbps unmetered traffic. CentOS, Debian and Ubuntu are available. The main VPS category refers to these servers as NVMe KVM, while individual configurations identify the storage as SSD, so customers specifically requiring NVMe should confirm the exact storage technology before ordering.

Dedicated Servers include AMD Ryzen, AMD FX and Intel Core i3, i5 and i7 systems. These servers are suitable for workloads that require exclusive hardware, greater processing capacity, custom operating-system configuration or isolation beyond a virtual machine. Exact processor generation, RAM, disk configuration and networking depend on the selected server configuration.

Domain Registration covers more than 300 extensions, with registration, transfer and renewal available through the customer system. Pricing varies considerably between extensions, and transfer or renewal costs can differ substantially from the initial registration fee.

The customer area provides a very broad language selector. Available interface languages include Arabic, Azerbaijani, Catalan, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Persian, French, German, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Macedonian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish and Ukrainian. Localization is not complete across every product area, and some parts remain in Polish even when another interface language is selected. English is supported, but the storefront is not completely translated.

Prices are primarily displayed in Polish zloty (PLN). The interface remains functional, although parts of the design and content structure have a somewhat older style, including mixed Polish and English wording in some areas.
