Servnet México, S.A. de C.V. is an established Mexican telecommunications, data-center, cloud, and managed infrastructure provider operating since 1996. Headquartered in Mexico City, the company has developed far beyond conventional web hosting and now works mainly with businesses that require connectivity, local infrastructure, managed networks, colocation, dedicated servers, enterprise communications, cybersecurity, domains, email, and related technical services.

Bernardo Garza Quiroga acquired Servnet through Arroyo Capital in September 2018 and became its CEO. The company is privately financed, employs between 51 and 200 people, and has supported more than 4,500 business customers.

Servnet expanded its northern Mexico infrastructure on September 18, 2023, when it acquired Internext’s operation in Santa Catarina and García, Nuevo León. The transaction added 37 enterprise customers and 65 kilometers of fiber distributed across two rings, increasing Servnet’s fiber coverage by approximately 20%.

Its network has included around 1,800 kilometers of owned fiber and more than 5,200 kilometers administered through agreements with other telecommunications operators. The Internext acquisition referred separately to more than 400 kilometers of national fiber after the transaction, indicating that Servnet distinguishes between directly owned metropolitan infrastructure, national routes, leased capacity, and networks operated through carrier agreements.

The company obtained MXN 120 million in structured financing in May 2025 from Altum Capital. This investment supports network expansion, wider geographic coverage, faster connectivity, and improvements across its telecommunications infrastructure.

Dedicated Internet is one of Servnet’s central services. Connections are symmetrical, include guaranteed bandwidth and a router, and can be delivered through microwave links from 5 Mbps to 2 Gbps or through fiber connections from 5 Mbps to 10 Gbps. Servnet assigns IPv4 and IPv6 addresses from its own network and operates a 40 Gbps backbone with redundant rings and independent last-mile routes.

Dedicated Internet includes proactive monitoring through the company’s Network Operations Center, access to a centralized customer portal, an assigned account manager, and a contract-backed 99.85% annual availability SLA. Core latency can be around 1 millisecond, while latency across distribution rings can be approximately 4 milliseconds.

LAN-to-LAN connections extend a private local network between offices, branches, data centers, and other business locations. Capacity can reach 10 Gbps over fiber, with point-to-point and multipoint designs available. Servnet can also manage routers, switches, wireless access points, IPv4 and IPv6 network architecture, structured cabling, monitoring, traffic prioritization, redundancy, and network security.

Servnet operates its own data-center infrastructure near Polanco in Mexico City. Customers can rent individual rack units, complete high-density cabinets, customized cages, colocation space, or dedicated bare-metal servers. The facility accommodates more than 100 high-density racks and uses redundant electrical, cooling, fire-protection, connectivity, monitoring, and physical-security systems.

Colocation is available by rack unit, complete cabinet, or customized cage. Remote Hands technicians can perform physical maintenance and operational work inside the facility. This combination is useful for businesses that want to retain ownership of their equipment while outsourcing electricity, cooling, physical protection, network access, monitoring, and local technical intervention.

The Dedicated Server service uses 64-bit x86 platforms, Intel Silver or Gold processors, SSD storage, network interfaces capable of 1 Gbps, backup options, and several operating-system choices. Configurations are prepared according to customer requirements rather than sold as a standardized instant-deployment catalog. Servers are installed in Mexico City and include access to specialized technical support 24 hours a day.

Traditional Web Hosting remains available through the Servnet customer portal. The packages are named Webhosting Corporativo, Webhosting Empresa, and Webhosting PyME. The ordering system does not provide a detailed comparison of storage, monthly traffic, databases, email accounts, processor allocation, memory, backups, SSL certificates, or supported applications, so the full technical configuration should be obtained before purchase.

The package names and prices do not follow an immediately obvious progression. The PyME plan, for example, costs more than the Empresa plan, although the exact technical differences are not included in the standard ordering information.

Servnet supports both cPanel and Plesk hosting environments. These platforms provide conventional management for domains, websites, email accounts, databases, files, DNS settings, and other hosting functions. Customers should confirm which control panel and operating system accompany each current hosting package.

The corporate email platform is called Link To Mail Plus. It includes webmail, SSL-secured access, mobile compatibility, contact and calendar synchronization, distribution lists, spam administration, and a virtual drive for sharing files. POP3 and IMAP access are available, while account administration is handled through the Servnet customer portal.

Servnet also registers and transfers domain names, including .com, .com.mx, .mx, .org.mx, .info, and .net. Domain administration is centralized in the customer account, and technical assistance is available around the clock.

A conventional self-service VPS range with standardized resources and pricing is not currently part of the main commercial catalog. Servnet has operated virtual infrastructure and cloud platforms, but new virtual-server requirements are better handled through a customized proposal.

The company has experience with Jelastic PaaS, public cloud, private cloud, and Red Hat CCSP environments. Managed cloud projects are also connected with its sister company iNBest (inbest.cloud), which works with cloud platforms, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, applications, and managed operations. These services are better suited to consultation-led enterprise deployments than to customers seeking a simple unmanaged VPS.

The broader communications portfolio includes VoIP, SIP connectivity, PBX Cloud, Microsoft Teams integration, enterprise SMS, automated voice campaigns, call recording, IVR, voicemail, call queues, remote extensions, softphones, and contact-center functions. PBX Cloud runs in a high-availability architecture within Servnet’s Mexico City infrastructure and supports conference rooms with as many as 12 participants.

Cybersecurity services cover managed UTM firewalls, web filtering, virtual WAF protection, vulnerability analysis, DDoS protection, and perimeter firewall management. Dedicated Internet services inside the data center can connect directly with private networks, Internet exchanges, and cloud platforms. Security practices for these environments are aligned with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 principles.

The website uses a modern design and primarily targets Spanish-speaking customers. An English language selector is available, although the product, support, checkout, and legal areas remain predominantly in Spanish. Customer accounts can display prices in Mexican pesos or US dollars.
