ServHost is a Brazilian cloud and web hosting company operating since July 2003. Headquartered in Recife, it has grown beyond conventional website hosting into cloud infrastructure, managed servers, colocation, database administration, corporate communications, backup, digital marketing and artificial intelligence infrastructure.

The company has more than 1,000 servers online, 60,000 hosted domains and 10,000 customers, supported by a team of approximately 11–50 employees. Its presence includes offices in Brazil and Portugal, while its infrastructure reaches Brazil, the United States and the United Kingdom.

The website is available in Brazilian Portuguese, US English, European Portuguese and Spanish. Most services are priced in Brazilian reais, which makes the provider especially practical for Brazilian individuals, developers and companies that prefer local billing and Portuguese-language support.

The conventional product range begins with Shared Hosting. Host Basic includes one domain, 4 GB of storage, unlimited traffic, unlimited email accounts and 500 MB of memory. Larger packages support unlimited domains and increase storage capacity to as much as 200 GB, with memory allocations reaching 5 GB.

Shared Hosting includes free SSL certificates, FTP access, scheduled tasks, MySQL and PostgreSQL databases, a website builder and an automatic application installer. Daily, weekly and monthly backups are also included, although some features may be unavailable with the smallest package.

SSH access is not included with Shared Hosting. Email delivery is limited to 300 messages per hour for each account, while bulk mailing is prohibited. Reseller Hosting provides between 10 and 50 cPanel accounts, with storage capacities ranging from 120 GB to 400 GB. Elastic Site sits between ordinary shared hosting and a dedicated cloud environment. These packages include unlimited domains, unlimited traffic, SSL certificates, cPanel management and backups.

Elastic Site is a suitable upgrade for online stores, corporate websites and applications that have outgrown standard shared hosting but do not yet require the administration and expense of a complete cloud server.

The wider web services portfolio includes Domain Registration, Managed DNS, SSL Certificates and Help Desk software. Domain registration covers Brazilian, international and specialized extensions, while Managed DNS provides redundant name resolution for customers requiring better availability and control.

The Help Desk platform allows companies to manage customer tickets under their own domain and branding. Packages support between five and 50 operators, with unlimited customers and service requests. Features include attachments, reports, service-level rules, a knowledge base and optional VoIP integration.

Corporate Email is offered separately from Shared Hosting, with mailbox sizes ranging from 5 GB to 200 GB. It includes webmail, IMAP synchronization, anti-spam filtering, signatures, automatic responses and daily webmail backups. Larger packages also include internal chat.

Infrastructure services include Cloud Servers, Dedicated Servers, SMTP Servers, Colocation and Cloud Backup. Cloud and Dedicated Server configurations are prepared according to the workload rather than through a fixed list of standard machines. This allows closer control over processor, memory, storage, operating system and management requirements, although customers must request a quotation before comparing the total cost.

The SMTP Server service supports between 2,000 and 10,000 messages per hour. Each cPanel account receives a dedicated IP address, anti-spam protection and optional mailing software. This is the more appropriate service for legitimate high-volume email delivery, rather than attempting to use a standard hosting account for newsletters or transactional messages.

Cloud Backup protects individual files, complete systems, Outlook and Exchange information, databases and server environments. It supports Windows, Linux and macOS, with daily, weekly, monthly or customized backup schedules.

The High Availability service covers cluster administration, monitoring, failover, scaling, automation, emergency intervention and Linux server support. The technical team can also administer environments running on Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure, allowing customers to keep their existing cloud provider while outsourcing infrastructure management.

The managed database service, known as DBaaS, includes database administration, security, performance optimization and capacity scaling for SQL workloads. This is useful for companies that need professional database management without employing a full internal DBA team.

The AI Server range provides GPU-based infrastructure with multi-core processors and high-bandwidth memory. These environments are suitable for model training, inference, data analysis and other computation-intensive workloads.

ServHost also provides Email Marketing and SMS Marketing services. Email Marketing includes contact imports, campaign scheduling, templates, audience segmentation, delivery reports, reading statistics and automated unsubscribe management.

SMS packages are prepaid and compatible with Brazilian mobile operators. They support API integration, and unused message credits do not expire. This gives businesses the flexibility to maintain a balance for occasional alerts, authentication messages or promotional campaigns.
