Serveur.be is a Belgian hosting provider operated by I.E.B.S / Internet & e-Business Services, with its activity centered mainly on virtual private servers and custom server solutions rather than traditional mass-market shared hosting. The hosting activity goes back to 1997, the current Belgian legal entity dates from 2002, and the Serveur.be brand was introduced in October 2003. Vincent Reidemeister is associated with the management of the company, which operates as a relatively small Belgian hosting business.

The main range consists of OpenVZ VPS plans. VPS Small includes 1 vCPU, 1 GB RAM, 10 GB RAID storage and 1 TB monthly traffic. VPS Medium increases resources to 2 GB RAM, 25 GB storage and 3 TB traffic, while VPS Large provides 4 GB RAM and 50 GB storage. VPS XL reaches 2 vCPU, 8 GB RAM, 100 GB storage and 5 TB monthly transfer. One IPv4 address is included by default, with additional addresses available as an option, and customers receive root/SSH access.

A KVM 2G VPS is also available with 2 GB RAM and 32 GB disk space. KVM gives stronger isolation than container-based OpenVZ virtualization and allows broader operating-system flexibility. An older knowledge-base entry still refers to KVM as unavailable, despite the KVM service now being part of the product range, so some older technical information has clearly not been updated together with the commercial offering.

Dedicated servers are supplied on request rather than through a fixed public configuration list. Customers can submit their hardware and resource requirements and receive a customized proposal. Additional services include server administration, maintenance, monitoring, backup, SSL certificates and firewall solutions, covering both unmanaged customers and those wanting technical assistance.

Domain registration can also be handled as part of the service relationship, although domains are not the main focus of the company. The overall portfolio is better suited to customers looking for Belgian VPS infrastructure, managed server assistance or a custom dedicated configuration.

The customer interface supports a wide range of languages, including Arabic, Azerbaijani, Catalan, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Persian, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish and Ukrainian. The main company content remains strongly French-oriented, while English is available within the client interface. Services are priced in EUR.

Some technical information is noticeably dated. Older operating-system templates include CentOS 6 and 7, Debian 6 through 8, Ubuntu 12.04, 14.10 and 15.04, and SUSE 13.1. The customer platform also retains references to an older WHMCS generation. Customers deploying modern production workloads should therefore confirm the currently available operating systems, virtualization versions and host hardware before ordering.
