The company began with cost-effective dedicated servers and later expanded into public cloud infrastructure and related services. ServerStadium operates under Wow Technologies, Inc., a Washington corporation associated with Wowrack, giving the brand access to an established background in data-center operations, networking, colocation, cloud infrastructure, and managed services.

Provisioning normally begins immediately after payment, with many configurations designed for deployment in roughly 15 to 30 minutes.

Dedicated-server inventory ranges from inexpensive older Xeon systems through more capable Dell PowerEdge machines and newer Ryzen configurations. Some of the lowest-cost systems are explicitly classified as EoL and use older Xeon processors, DDR2 or DDR3 memory, and SATA storage.
