ServerSP is an infrastructure provider operating since 2007, with services supplied through ServerSP LLC. Its portfolio focuses on Infrastructure as a Service rather than conventional shared website hosting, covering Cloud VPS, storage VPS, dedicated servers, bare metal infrastructure, colocation, Virtual Data Center resources, floating IP addresses, BGP and BYOIP.

The infrastructure is divided between Miami, United States, and São Paulo, Brazil. This combination is particularly useful for companies serving Brazil, Latin America and North America. Miami provides strong international connectivity toward the United States, Latin America and Europe, while São Paulo keeps latency low for Brazilian users and supports workloads that need to remain within Brazil.

ServerSP is available in English and Brazilian Portuguese. The international storefront uses USD, while the Brazilian version uses BRL. The website is modern, responsive and relatively easy to navigate, although a few older service sections remain available alongside the newer product catalog.

The company operates through ServerSP LLC, registered in Wyoming, United States. Cloud VPS plans use KVM virtualization, NVMe storage, dedicated resource allocations, root or administrator access, one IPv4 address and a /64 IPv6 allocation. Both Linux and Windows environments are supported, with operating systems such as Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Fedora, Oracle Linux and Windows Server. Customers may also install their own operating system through a custom ISO.

Cloud servers are available in Miami and São Paulo. They are suitable for websites, application servers, development environments, databases, SaaS platforms, VPN gateways and production workloads. Provisioning is normally completed within minutes after payment and account approval, although new orders may occasionally require manual anti-fraud verification.

Storage VPS plans use HDD-based storage instead of NVMe, providing considerably more disk capacity at a lower price. Configurations range from approximately 250 GB to 2 TB and work well for backups, archives, file repositories, media storage and secondary data copies. These plans retain KVM isolation, root access, IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity, a shared 1 Gbps port and access to the VPS management interface.

The dedicated server and bare metal portfolio is one of ServerSP’s strongest areas. The company uses Dell PowerEdge systems with Intel Xeon E5, Xeon Silver, Xeon Gold, Xeon Platinum and AMD EPYC processors. Available configurations include large ECC memory capacities, SATA or SAS SSDs, NVMe storage, hardware RAID with battery backup, redundant power supplies, dual 10 Gbps SFP+ interfaces and iDRAC Enterprise remote management.

Ready-to-use dedicated servers can be provisioned in approximately 30 minutes during business hours. Customized servers may require assembly and several business days before activation. The quotation system supports configurations with several terabytes of RAM, large storage arrays, hardware RAID, 1–10 Gbps network ports, metered or unlimited bandwidth, additional IPv4 and IPv6 blocks and BYOIP.

Standard dedicated servers include a /29 IPv4 block, a /64 IPv6 range, private Layer 2 networking and remote hardware management. The two 10 Gbps private-network interfaces can be combined through LACP for up to 20 Gbps between compatible servers. Public Internet connectivity normally uses a 1 Gbps port governed by a fair-use policy rather than a permanently dedicated 1 Gbps bandwidth commitment.

Colocation is available in São Paulo for customers that own their own servers and networking equipment. Options include 1U, 2U, half-rack and full-rack deployments with redundant A+B power, IPv4 and IPv6 resources, dedicated IPMI connectivity, BGP/BYOIP support and on-demand smart hands. Half-rack and full-rack packages include larger power allocations, ATS equipment and dedicated network capacity, but require longer contractual commitments.

The Virtual Data Center service functions as a VPS reseller platform. Customers purchase a pool of CPU, memory, NVMe storage, bandwidth and IP addresses, then divide those resources between individual KVM virtual machines. The platform includes a white-label interface, custom branding, API access, noVNC console access, traffic monitoring and WHMCS automation.

This is a practical option for hosting companies, managed service providers, developers and agencies that want to sell VPS services without purchasing and maintaining their own physical virtualization nodes.

ServerSP also supports floating IP addresses. IPv4 and IPv6 resources can be moved between servers within the same ServerSP location and VLAN, allowing failover, server maintenance and migrations without changing public DNS records. Available allocations include IPv4 blocks from /28 through /25 and an IPv6 /56 option.

Customers controlling their own address space can use BYOIP. ServerSP can announce eligible IPv4 and IPv6 prefixes through the customer’s ASN or through AS214456. A valid Letter of Authorization and correctly configured RPKI or IRR records are required. BYOIP can be routed to VPS, Virtual Data Center and dedicated server infrastructure, with the dedicated BYOIP service mainly concentrated in Miami.

Automated backups are optional rather than included by default. Daily or weekly backup services can be added to compatible VPS plans, but customers should still maintain independent copies of important data.

Dedicated servers and most infrastructure products are unmanaged. ServerSP remains responsible for hardware, networking, power and virtualization availability, while customers are responsible for operating-system administration, application installation, software security and third-party control panels.
