The company focuses on high-performance physical infrastructure rather than mass-market website hosting, with an estimated workforce of 11–50 employees and server availability across more than 250 locations worldwide.

The core service is Dedicated Hosting, with Intel Xeon and Core processors, AMD Ryzen and EPYC systems, as well as GPU-equipped configurations. Each customer receives exclusive use of the processor, memory, storage and network connection. Managed, unmanaged and custom-built servers are available, with standard deployments normally completed within 24 to 48 hours. Unusual hardware combinations or less common locations can require additional preparation time.

The Intel dedicated-server range is suitable for business applications, databases, virtualization platforms and established enterprise software. AMD servers use Ryzen, Threadripper and EPYC processors, making them attractive for multi-core workloads, private cloud platforms, hosting environments and compute-intensive applications.

Unmetered dedicated servers are available with 1 Gbps or 10 Gbps connectivity and are particularly useful for streaming, file distribution, content delivery, VPN services and other bandwidth-intensive projects. Storage servers combine HDD, SSD and NVMe drives for backup repositories, archives, media libraries, databases and large datasets. Custom storage systems can reach hundreds of terabytes, with some configurations approaching approximately 1 PB.

The high-bandwidth server portfolio supports 1, 10, 20, 40 and 100 Gbps network ports. These systems are suitable for content delivery, data analytics, streaming, online gaming, artificial intelligence and large-scale network applications. Gaming servers include dedicated resources, low-latency connectivity and DDoS mitigation, while DDoS-protected servers are intended for exposed websites, financial platforms, game communities and other services that are frequent attack targets.

Managed cPanel servers include software installation, server hardening, monitoring and free cPanel-to-cPanel migration. GPU servers use NVIDIA or AMD accelerators for artificial intelligence training, machine learning, rendering, scientific computation, virtualization, video transcoding and game development.

Colocation Hosting is available for individual servers, partial cabinets and complete racks. Colocation services can include power, network connectivity, IP allocation, equipment installation and remote-hands assistance.

The service portfolio also covers BGP routing, IP transit, additional IPv4 addresses, private networking, operating-system installation, control-panel licenses and server management. Customers who own an ASN and registered address space can use BYOIP and establish an eBGP session after completing the required routing and authorization procedures.

Servers99 is not designed around inexpensive shared hosting. It does not maintain a conventional shared-hosting catalog, a typical website-builder package or a standardized entry-level VPS range. Customers can instead install Proxmox, VMware ESXi, KVM, XCP-ng and other virtualization platforms on dedicated hardware to create private VPS, cloud or hosting environments.

The software selection is extensive and covers virtualization, databases, monitoring, DevOps, game-server management, backups, firewalls and container orchestration. Both Linux and Windows environments are supported, together with custom operating-system installations.
