Serverprofis GmbH is an independent, owner-managed German hosting company based in Feldkirchen near Munich. The hosting business has operated since 2011, while Serverprofis GmbH was established in 2015 from the business previously operated by Martin Müller as a sole proprietorship. The management team includes Martin Müller, Maximilian Tarantino and Andreas Rademacher. Serverprofis has remained independent rather than becoming part of one of the large international hosting groups consolidating the German hosting market.

The company moved its office during 2025 to Otto-Lilienthal-Ring 34-36 in Feldkirchen. Its modern website works properly across desktop and mobile devices and concentrates primarily on the German-speaking market.

Serverprofis offers a broad hosting portfolio covering shared hosting, SSD hosting, business hosting, WordPress hosting, reseller hosting, KVM root servers, Elastic Siteservers, managed Nextcloud, domains, domain reseller services, SSL certificates, professional e-mail services, website building and migration services.

The conventional shared-hosting portfolio is separated into Private, Business and SSD packages. Private Hosting is intended for personal websites, blogs and smaller projects, with packages offering between 25 GB and 100 GB of storage together with unlimited traffic, included domains, e-mail accounts, FTP accounts and MySQL databases.

Business Hosting increases available resources substantially, reaching as much as 500 GB of storage and up to 20 included domains. Higher packages provide effectively unrestricted e-mail accounts, FTP accounts and databases within the hosting environment. Git version management is also included with the Business range, making these packages more practical for commercial websites and development workflows.

The SSD Hosting range places the complete hosting workload on SSD RAID storage. Available packages range from approximately 25 GB to 450 GB of SSD capacity, with unlimited data transfer and as many as 20 included .de domains. These plans are better suited to database-intensive websites, WordPress projects and online shops where disk performance has a direct impact on responsiveness.

WordPress Hosting combines LiteSpeed with the WordPress Toolkit, automatic SSL, daily backups and Serverprofis' German hosting infrastructure. WordPress availability currently stands at 99.96%. A dedicated migration service is available for moving existing WordPress and WooCommerce websites.

The Elastic Siteserver platform provides an intermediate step between shared hosting and a VPS. Each package receives defined CPU, RAM, storage and I/O resources while Serverprofis remains responsible for the underlying server administration. MariaDB and PostgreSQL are supported alongside PHP, Python, Ruby and Node.js, while Git and cPanel are included for application and account management. This setup suits websites that have outgrown ordinary shared hosting but do not justify the administrative workload of a full root server.

The Root Server 2.0 range consists of KVM virtual servers rather than physical dedicated servers. Root S includes 1 vCore, 2 GB RAM and 75 GB storage, Root M includes 2 vCores, 4 GB RAM and 150 GB storage, while Root L increases resources to 4 vCores, 8 GB RAM and 300 GB storage. Each plan includes one IPv4 address, 10 TB monthly transfer and a 100 Mbit/s guaranteed peak connection. Host systems use Intel Xeon or AMD EPYC processors.

Serverprofis also maintains a dedicated server category, although the current standard configurations with transparent resources and pricing are the KVM Root Server and Elastic Siteserver products. Customers requiring a physical bare-metal server can discuss individual requirements directly with the company.

Reseller Hosting combines SSD RAID storage with cPanel and WHM. Packages support between 25 and 200 individual customer accounts and between 100 GB and 1 TB of storage. Domains, traffic, e-mail accounts, FTP accounts and MySQL databases are broadly unrestricted within the resource limits of the selected reseller package. Free Let's Encrypt SSL certificates and daily backups are included.

Domain resellers receive a white-label DomainRobot, redundant DNS, DNSSEC support, configurable TTL values and access to more than 780 TLD and second-level domain extensions. The reseller domain program starts with a minimum portfolio requirement of 20 domains and is aimed primarily at hosting companies, agencies and other professional users.

The regular domain service also covers more than 780 domain extensions. Customers can configure DNS records, forwarding, DynDNS and additional domain features independently of a web-hosting package. Whois privacy is available where supported by the relevant registry.

Managed Nextcloud adds private cloud storage to the portfolio. Plans start at 10 GB and extend to at least 150 GB, with unlimited traffic, SSL, a private subdomain, support for custom domains and daily backups. Nextcloud supports more than 20 interface languages together with desktop and mobile synchronization, file versioning, CalDAV, CardDAV, collaborative documents and user-level access permissions.

The Homepage Builder combines 100 GB of storage, unlimited traffic, 100 e-mail accounts, an included domain, automatic SSL and daily backups. More than 200 responsive templates are available together with drag-and-drop editing, an online shop and website import tools. The administration interface supports more than 40 languages, and multilingual customer websites can also be created.

E-mail services range from conventional IMAP, POP3 and SMTP mailboxes to Zimbra groupware and SpamExperts filtering. Zimbra adds shared calendars, contacts, tasks and mobile synchronization. The e-mail migration service can transfer mailboxes and their folder structures from other providers, including IMAP-based systems as well as Exchange, Office 365 and Zimbra environments. Delta synchronization can also transfer messages arriving after the first migration pass.

Security features include automatic Let's Encrypt certificates, spam and malware protection, daily backups and continuous server monitoring. Commercial certificates from RapidSSL, GeoTrust, Thawte and DigiCert are also available. RapidSSL options include conventional domain-validation certificates and wildcard certificates.

The service is primarily available in German, and no complete English localization exists for the main hosting storefront. Individual applications such as Nextcloud and the website builder support numerous interface languages. Hosting prices are offered in EUR.
