Shared hosting packages include the following unlimited resources:
- Unlimited data traffic;
- Unlimited MySQL databases;
- Unlimited SSD storage (only available for the premium plan);
- Unlimited email accounts (only available for the premium plan);
Tools for server management are incorporated in these packages: 1-click app installs, Weebly website builder. However, the SSL certificate together with the IP address requires a fee. This could represent a disadvantage as many hosting vendors offer free SSL in their shared hosting plans.
Cloud servers can reach up between 40,000 visits and +1 million visitors depending on the plan you choose. These are configured on SSD infrastructure and include 30-day backup with retention of daily activity.

😠 They lack of transparency, professionalism and respect. Peter from technical support will talk to you like you are the problem. They will never assume their fault when a problem occurs. They will not give any explanation on what happened if something goes wrong with their network. Since I am their customer I've noticed random restarts on my service. Better stay away!
