They orient their hosting primarily towards higher end hosting solutions, that is, dedicated servers. Thus, they do not offer shared hosting packages.
Their dedicated servers are highly customizable but customers can also choose from already-configured servers displayed on their homepage. These are provisioned with SSD drives. Instant reboot is possible and dedicated KVM is also included.
Fully redundant cloud servers are divided into public cloud or private cloud servers. Public cloud is designed for web servers, SaaS application hosting, server clusters and much more. These have instant failover recovery systems and SSD drives incorporated. Private cloud is mainly dedicated to businesses offering the possibility of customization of cloud configuration. Servers either work on SSD or SATA SAN storage.

😠 Next to zero tech support, our game server is under DDOS attack for 3 days now and all they can say is "we'll get back to you when we have more information"
They also Null Routed our IP when a clients Wordpress site got hacked. Instead of messaging us about it, they just Null Routed the entire IP knocking out every website on the server (100+) - This is unheard of in any hosting company.
They also claim to have 100% uptime which is actually a fraudulent claim to start with. One of our servers went down for 3 hours after only having it for 2 weeks because of them having network issues.
The tech support consists of people who just reply to you with "We will update you shortly" That is it. Nothing more than that. Avoid this company at all costs. Was with them for 2 years and they are just getting worse and worse... They won't be around any longer.
