Server.UA is a Ukrainian server hosting and data-center provider with roots going back to 2005. The business is oriented much more toward infrastructure than conventional entry-level web hosting, with the main portfolio covering Dedicated Servers, VPS/VDS, Storage VPS, server colocation, rack and cabinet rental, backup services and SSL certificates. Standard shared hosting and conventional domain-registration packages are not part of the current Server.UA storefront.

The wider business history is connected with RX-NAME and entrepreneur Oleksii Provornyi. Dedicated-server services appeared through the server.com.ua project in 2005, followed by the SERVER.UA brand in 2007. Construction of an independently operated data center became a major project from 2011 onward. The present legal operator is SERVER.UA LLC, EDRPOU/USREOU 38883528. The current legal entity was registered on April 26, 2021, so this corporate-registration date should not be confused with the hosting operation's 2005 foundation. Current Ukrainian registry information lists Tetyana Moiseienko with a 66% founder/shareholder interest and Oleksii Provornyi with 34%, while Dmytro Reutov is the company's director.

The website is localized in English, Ukrainian and Russian, which makes the service practical for both domestic and international customers. Pricing can be switched between USD, UAH and EUR.

Virtual-server hosting is divided into several distinct product families. SSD VPS/VDS is the general-purpose range, using Intel Xeon E5 processors, SSD storage, Xen virtualization and unlimited traffic over a 100 Mbps connection. Customers receive full administrative privileges, a custom Server.UA management panel and a free DNS-management interface.

NVMe VPS provides a similar environment using faster NVMe storage. Linux and Windows variants are available, and plans range from small 1-core instances to considerably larger machines. The entry Linux NVMe configuration includes 1 CPU core, 1 GB RAM, 10 GB NVMe storage and unlimited traffic.

Turbo VPS moves toward higher-resource virtual machines. The entry Linux configuration has 3 CPU cores, 6 GB RAM and 30 GB NVMe storage, while larger plans reach 10 cores, 32 GB RAM and 150 GB NVMe storage. Windows Turbo VPS is also available, with Windows licensing reflected in the higher price.

Storage VPS takes the opposite approach and prioritizes disk capacity rather than maximum storage performance. These Linux virtual servers use HDD storage and begin with 250 GB, followed by 500 GB, 750 GB, 1 TB and 2 TB configurations. They suit backups, archives, media repositories and other applications where capacity matters more than NVMe-level I/O performance. Xen virtualization, unlimited traffic and the Server.UA management environment remain available.

Dedicated Servers form one of the strongest parts of the portfolio. Hardware is divided into starting, middle and high-performance segments, with Intel Celeron/Core and Xeon configurations plus custom-built systems. A dedicated server includes a /30 subnet, a 1 Gbps connection and 24/7 support. The normal 1 Gbps configuration includes 30 TB of traffic; after that allowance is reached, customers can use a 100 Mbps speed limit or pay for additional traffic. Higher-speed 10 Gbps and 40 Gbps connectivity can be arranged.

Dedicated-server customers receive full root or administrator access and therefore control their own software environment. IPv6 is available, and initial IP-KVM access can be supplied for a few hours without charge. Servers equipped with IPMI, iDRAC or iLO can use those facilities without an additional recurring charge.

Physical infrastructure services include Colocation for individual Rack or Blade systems and rental of complete or half-size cabinets. Customers can select different power allowances, IPv4 allocations and network capacities. IPv6 /64 is also available. This is a particularly important part of Server.UA because the company operates its own facility in Kyiv rather than simply reselling space from an unrelated hosting provider.

A separate VPS Backup option creates scheduled copies without stopping or restarting the server. Automatic backups can be scheduled for a chosen day and time each week. The current VPS ordering system keeps the two most recent scheduled backups and also allows a manual backup; the dedicated backup page contains slightly inconsistent retention wording in one section, so customers with strict retention requirements should confirm the exact policy before relying on it for production disaster recovery.

Server.UA also sells SSL Certificates covering basic domain validation, organization validation, extended validation, multi-domain and code-signing use cases. The catalog includes certificates from COMODO/Sectigo, RapidSSL, Thawte and GeoTrust, with a CSR-related tool also available.

Overall, this is primarily a server and data-center company rather than a mass-market shared-hosting brand. It makes the most sense for customers who want VPS, bare-metal systems or physical infrastructure in Ukraine and are comfortable administering their own server or purchasing additional management assistance.
