WP Enterprise is a tailored WordPress hosting plan for business-critical sites, very large web services, heavy-duty WordPress installations, busy high-traffic sites, online stores with high traffic or large databases, and projects whose disk space or traffic volume exceeds the limits of the standard plans. It includes a custom HTTP request allowance above 3000000 requests per month, custom storage above 60 GB, more than 6000 SMTP requests per month, one domain with renewal and DNS, an SSL/TLS certificate, WooCommerce support, custom staging environment counts, multisite capability above 10 subsites and Priority Support through a dedicated Enterprise support address. The plan can be customized per customer, but it is not a separate dedicated server product and is not suitable for sites requiring an isolated dedicated server solution. It is also not a substitute for fixing unnecessarily heavy database queries or code-level bottlenecks. Monitoring runs every 2 minutes, the monthly availability SLA is 99.9 percent, and Security Guarantee response time is 4 hours. Pricing is quoted individually because content, capacity and limits are tailored. A dedicated Account Manager can be added for 95 EUR per month plus VAT where applicable, allocating one hour per month for non-urgent support and WordPress consultancy.

Pricing can be paid monthly or annually. The lowest effective monthly rate is custom quoted pricing when annual billing is selected, and the regular monthly price is included in this description where available. All WordPress hosting plans include a production WordPress environment with a database, pre-installed developer tooling, HTTP caching and Redis object caching, DNS management, one main domain with automatic renewal, a Lets Encrypt SSL/TLS certificate, HTTPS by default, and a temporary development address before launch. WordPress core, plugin and theme updates are handled through a tested automatic update system that checks changes in a separate shadow environment before production deployment. Daily automatic backups are retained for 30 days, backups do not consume the plan storage quota, and an offsite backup is available for exceptional server failure situations. The stack includes Nginx, MariaDB, the latest PHP version, WP-CLI, Git, Composer, Node.js, Gulp, Ruby, Codeception tests, HTTP/2, helper commands, Adminer and database command-line access. The Seravo plugin adds in-dashboard tools for DNS management, additional security settings, user enumeration prevention, speed and caching tests, image optimization, plan and usage status, HTTP traffic analytics, database cleanup, search-and-replace, backup management, staging management, log browsing, previous login views and unnecessary file cleanup. The environment includes secure HTTPS, SSH and SFTP connections, a web application firewall, daily malware scanning, fast security updates, brute-force attack prevention, XML-RPC blocked by default, weak password detection, logging retained for one year, DDoS protection, GDPR-compliant hosting and servers powered by renewable energy sources. Data center locations can be selected in Finland, Sweden, Germany or the United States. Customer assistance is handled by WordPress experts through email, phone and chat, while 24/7 monitoring watches site activity and availability outside normal customer service hours. Service limits are contractual and the site is not throttled or blocked merely because traffic or resource limits are temporarily exceeded; a plan upgrade may be needed if request volume or resource usage repeatedly grows beyond the selected plan. Separate mailboxes are not included in WordPress hosting, but WordPress SMTP sending is preconfigured through SendGrid and an external SMTP service can also be used. Additional services such as disk space, email services, domains, PHP upgrades, optimization, troubleshooting and other expert work can be ordered separately.
