*📜 Plan description

The Sakura ONE H200 Node configuration provides NVIDIA H200 SXM 141 GB GPUs at cluster scale, with 8 GPUs x 55 nodes for a total of 440 GPUs. The CPU configuration is Intel Xeon Platinum 8580+ x 2 CPU with 60 cores per node across 55 nodes, for a total of 6600 cores. The memory pool is DDR5 1.5 TB x 55 nodes, totaling 82.5 TB. Local storage is 7.68 TB x 4 per compute node, and shared Lustre file storage is 500 TB with 2 TB per registered user. The interconnect network is 400GbE x 8, and the job scheduler is Slurm Workload Manager. In this CSV, disk capacity includes the displayed aggregate local node storage plus shared Lustre storage. Sakura ONE is a managed HPC cluster service reconstructed from technology used in a TOP500 ranked supercomputer configuration. It supplies large scale NVIDIA H200 or B200 GPU resources together with managed daily operation support for scientific and engineering computation. The service includes server resources, job management through the Slurm Workload Manager, processing status visibility, user account administration, and node replacement response when hardware trouble occurs. Resources can be reserved by the day with a minimum use period of 30 days, allowing planned production use, trial introduction, and staged scaling. Main use cases include pharmaceutical development and bioinformatics docking simulation, energy and plasma simulation, wind power turbulence analysis, climate and weather prediction, financial derivative pricing and risk analysis, automotive and aerospace CAE, earth science, tsunami and volcano simulation, materials science, nanotechnology, large model training, and robotics control AI simulation. Prices are quoted individually.

📄 Editorial Review

SAKURA internet Inc. is a long-established Japanese hosting, cloud, and data center company founded on December 23, 1996, incorporated on August 17, 1999, and led by founder, President, and CEO Kunihiro Tanaka. The company is headquartered in Osaka, Japan, and operates as a public company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market under securities code 3778. With nearly 1,000 consolidated employees as of March 2025, Sakura Internet is much larger and more infrastructure-oriented than a typical shared hosting provider.

Their service range covers almost the entire hosting stack: shared hosting, business hosting, managed server hosting, email hosting, domains, DNS, SSL certificates, VPS, Windows VPS, cloud servers, dedicated bare-metal servers, GPU cloud, CDN, colocation / housing, hybrid private connectivity, and IoT connectivity. This makes Sakura a good fit for users who want to start with a small website and later move into VPS, cloud, dedicated servers, or colocated infrastructure without changing provider.

For standard website hosting, SAKURA Web Hosting includes Light, Standard, Business, and Business Pro plans. The Standard plan is the most natural entry point for WordPress users, while Business and Business Pro are better suited to multi-user management, larger sites, and business email needs. Business Pro also adds a dedicated web IP address. Their mailbox and business mail products are separated clearly, with Business Mail adding a dedicated sending IP and modern email authentication support such as SPF, DKIM, ARC, and DMARC.

For infrastructure users, SAKURA VPS and SAKURA VPS for Windows Server provide traditional self-managed VPS environments, while SAKURA Cloud is their domestic Japanese IaaS cloud platform. Dedicated Server PHY adds physical bare-metal hosting with fast provisioning, private network flexibility, and on-site hardware maintenance. Sakura also operates housing / colocation services, making them particularly strong for Japanese businesses that need domestic data residency, private network design, or a mix of cloud and physical servers.

The company’s website is primarily Japanese for product purchasing and technical support, with English corporate information also available. Prices are shown mainly in Japanese yen, tax included, and the services are clearly focused on Japan-based customers, Japanese businesses, developers, and organizations that require infrastructure inside Japan.

Sakura Internet also operates within a wider corporate group that includes companies such as Gehirn, SAKURA Mobile, ITM, bitstar, IzumoBASE, BBSakura Networks, and Tellus. This gives the company a broader technology profile beyond classic web hosting, including security, mobile, network, cloud, and data platform activities.
