📄 Editorial Review

Rumah Hosting Indonesia is an Indonesian web hosting and Internet-services provider with operations dating back to 2004. The business is operated by PT RumahNET Internusa from Bandung, West Java, and has built a long presence in the domestic hosting market. Founder Lucky Akhmad Lukman (Lucky Ahmad) has been closely associated with the company’s development, while PT RumahNET Internusa has operated as the corporate entity behind the hosting business since 2007.

The company has grown well beyond basic shared hosting. Its portfolio includes Shared Hosting, Unlimited Hosting, Cloud Hosting, Email Hosting, Microsoft 365, Cloud VPS, Dedicated Servers, Domain Registration, SSL Certificates, Reseller Hosting and software licenses. Services are primarily aimed at the Indonesian market, with the website using Indonesian as its main language and prices displayed in Indonesian rupiah (IDR / Rp). No complete multilingual version exists for the main website.

The entry-level shared hosting range is sold as Hosting Super, combining SSD storage, unlimited bandwidth, free SSL through Let's Encrypt, email hosting, MySQL databases, Imunify360 security, Node.js and Python support, site-building tools and automated application installation. Qualifying packages can also include a free domain. One particularly useful aspect is the choice of control panel: Lite packages use DirectAdmin, while Pro packages use cPanel.

Hosting Super starts with smaller packages intended for personal websites, blogs and low-traffic business sites, while larger plans provide more storage and account resources. Free migration is also available for customers transferring an existing website.

Unlimited Hosting is aimed at customers who want fewer conventional storage restrictions. Packages include unlimited disk space, bandwidth, email accounts and MySQL databases, while CPU and RAM allocations increase between tiers. As with Hosting Super, customers can select DirectAdmin-based Lite packages or cPanel-based Pro packages.

Cloud Hosting offers isolated CPU, memory and storage resources while remaining fully managed at server level. Plans include cPanel, LiteSpeed, Imunify360, Softaculous and Acronis backup, with SSH access available where applicable. This environment is better suited to larger WordPress sites, e-commerce applications, ERP and CRM systems, school CBT platforms and other workloads that need more predictable resources than conventional shared hosting.

Email services are available through several separate products. Mail Suite uses Zimbra Collaboration Suite and includes large mailboxes, anti-spam and antivirus filtering, webmail and standard IMAP/POP3 access. Storage allocations increase across the higher tiers, reaching 100 GB and 200 GB on larger plans.

Businesses that prefer the Microsoft ecosystem can choose Microsoft 365 Business Basic, with Exchange Online email, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, browser and mobile Office applications and 1 TB of OneDrive storage per user.

For customers requiring administrative control over their environment, Cloud VPS provides dedicated virtual CPU, RAM and storage resources together with a public IP address. Entry configurations start with one CPU core, 1 GB RAM and 20 GB storage, while larger packages scale up to eight CPU cores, 16 GB RAM and 320 GB storage. Optional cPanel, DirectAdmin and Plesk licenses are available, together with managed administration and Acronis off-site backup. Listed connectivity includes up to 1 Gbps local bandwidth and 100 Mbps international bandwidth.

Dedicated Servers provide complete physical-server resources for larger workloads. Available configurations include dual Intel Xeon processors, substantial DDR4 memory allocations and HDD or SAS RAID storage. Linux operating systems such as Ubuntu and Debian are available, while commercial control panels and managed administration can be added separately.

Domain registration covers both international and Indonesian extensions. International options include .COM, .NET, .ORG, .INFO, .BIZ, .US, .CO and .ASIA, while Indonesian registrations include .ID, .CO.ID, .MY.ID, .BIZ.ID, .WEB.ID, .SCH.ID, .AC.ID and .OR.ID. DNS management and privacy protection are available, although several Indonesian domain categories require supporting identification, company, school or organizational documents.

SSL certificates are available from GeoTrust and Sectigo, including RapidSSL and PositiveSSL products in standard and wildcard versions. Certificate packages include domain validation, reissue support and encryption up to 256-bit. Shared-hosting customers generally do not need to purchase a certificate separately because Let's Encrypt SSL is already included.

Reseller hosting is also supported. Reseller accounts can be divided into individual customer hosting accounts and managed through WHM and cPanel, making the service suitable for designers, developers and smaller hosting resellers that want to operate under their own brand.
