I've rarely had to contact the support team for anything and on the occasions when I have they responded immediately with an email from an actual person who resolved my issues right away. The network support has been very good at helping me setup a domain and then transfer another domain to my account. I really enjoy my experience dealing RockHoster team. Recommended.

😠 Paid to use this hosting few days ago, but since his support is poor i have requested the hosting cancellation and refund, but they have canceled my account and are not more replying my ticket.
