The business was started by two friends interested in server infrastructure, with Nerijus Gabalis associated with the company as founder and director. The current Redfox Cloud, UAB legal entity was established in 2020 and is headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania.

The company operates with a relatively small team but offers a broad range of services covering Shared Hosting, Cloud PRO Hosting, KVM VPS, Dedicated Servers, Minecraft Hosting, Domain Registration, and custom Digital Solutions. Its development services include business websites, e-commerce platforms, custom software, SEO work, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure projects.
