Realtime Register is a Dutch wholesale domain registrar and digital-services distributor headquartered in Zwolle. Founded in 2004 by Valentijn Borstlap, the company is now led by CEO Berend van Dalfzen and operates as a stand-alone platform within Your.Online (your.online). Its current corporate structure developed after Realtime Register, Yourholding, Resello and several other Dutch hosting businesses became part of Total Webhosting Solutions in 2018.

Realtime Register is not a conventional retail web host. Its platform is built mainly for hosting companies, web agencies, managed service providers, domain resellers and accredited registrars that need wholesale domain registration and related digital services. The company manages more than 5 million domains, works with over 1,000 resellers in approximately 60 countries, and supports more than 2,000 domain extensions. Its employee range is estimated at 11–50 people.

The core service is the Domain Management Portal, supported by a REST API and direct integrations with more than 150 registries. Accredited registrars can connect their own registry agreements through the Registry Gateway, while smaller resellers can enter through the GO!ORANGE program. The system covers registrations, renewals, transfers, premium names, IDNs, DNSSEC, child nameservers, IPv4 and IPv6 records, URL forwarding and bulk portfolio operations.

Several included services add practical value to the domain platform. Privacy Protect replaces publicly exposed registrant details with proxy information wherever registry policies allow it. Abuse Monitoring checks domains against professional threat-intelligence feeds and identifies malware, phishing, botnets, spam and similar risks. ADAC Domain Suggestions produces real-time domain recommendations through four suggestion engines and supports 12 languages.

Domain Insights provides portfolio, usage, operational, sales and abuse dashboards. Registry Lock adds registry-level protection against unauthorized transfers, deletions and account changes. These functions are particularly useful for providers managing large numbers of domains under several brands or customer groups.

Larger registrars can license the underlying platform, connect their own registry accreditations and customize registrant communication templates. Realtime Register also handles important ICANN processes, including registrant verification, WDRP and ERRP notices, registry compliance and data escrow. Its migration service can handle portfolio transfers ranging from smaller batches to hundreds of thousands of domains, with scheduled processing, authorization-code imports and migration-progress reporting.

The service catalog extends well beyond domain registration. The online-presence range includes Atarim for visual website collaboration, BaseKit for white-label websites, online stores and booking systems, Extendify for AI-assisted WordPress creation, Google Workspace for business email and collaboration, and marketgoo for white-label SEO analysis and monitoring.

Business-continuity services are centered on Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud, covering backup, disaster recovery, endpoint security, ransomware protection, Microsoft 365 backup and patch management. The security portfolio also includes Blackwall for bot mitigation, web application firewall protection and Layer 7 DDoS defense; Monarx for behavioral malware prevention on Linux and PHP hosting servers; SiteLock for malware scanning, automated patching, backup, CDN and website firewall functions; and WP Guardian for WordPress protection, daily scanning, malware cleanup, backups and performance optimization.

SSL certificates are available from Sectigo, DigiCert, PerfectSSL, GeoTrust and Thawte. The selection includes DV, OV, EV, wildcard and multi-domain certificates. The integrated SSL Manager handles orders, validation progress, expiration tracking, certificate-authority communication and portfolio statistics.

The server and cloud-management range includes Plesk licenses, 360 Monitoring and WP Squared. Plesk licenses can be resold to providers operating Linux or Windows hosting environments, VPS services, email platforms and managed WordPress systems. 360 Monitoring checks website availability, server health, DNS resolution, SSL validity and response performance from several monitoring locations.

WP Squared is a managed WordPress platform based on cPanel and WebPros Cloud. It combines CloudLinux account isolation, Imunify360 security, WordPress management tools, performance optimization and centralized automation. It gives hosting providers a quicker route to launching their own managed WordPress services.

Free modules are available for WHMCS, HostBill, HostFact, WISECP and Upmind. These integrations automate domain searches, registrations, transfers, renewals, SSL provisioning and billing within a reseller’s existing commercial platform.

The corporate website is modern, responsive and logically organized. Its main content is in English, while reseller communication templates can be localized into several languages and ADAC supports 12 languages. Account balances are available in EUR or USD.

Realtime Register obtained ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification in 2026. This provides an additional level of confidence for hosting companies and registrars that depend on the platform for automated provisioning, customer data processing and domain-management operations.
