RCH is an Argentine hosting and web-development company based in Burzaco, Buenos Aires. Operating since 1995, it belongs to an earlier generation of local Internet businesses that combined domain registration, website creation, hosting and ongoing technical assistance under one roof.

The service range is centered on Linux shared hosting, reseller hosting, domain registration, custom web design, application development, website maintenance and search-engine promotion. It is best suited to small businesses, professionals and organizations that prefer working with a local Spanish-speaking provider rather than managing hosting, domains and development through several different companies.

The entry-level Power plan supports one domain and includes 10 GB of storage, 300 GB of monthly traffic, 50 POP email accounts with webmail, 50 forwarding addresses, autoresponders, FTP access, PHP and MySQL. Full Power increases storage to 100 GB, monthly traffic to 1,000 GB and email capacity to 100 accounts while remaining limited to one hosted domain.

The Reseller plan supports three domains, with 10 GB of storage and 300 GB of monthly traffic assigned to each domain. It also includes email accounts, webmail, forwarding, FTP, PHP and MySQL. Customized packages are available for projects requiring different resources, and accounts can be upgraded to a larger plan without interrupting the hosted service.

RCH does not maintain a broad server catalog. Its current range does not include VPS, cloud servers, dedicated servers, colocation or Windows shared hosting. The emphasis remains on conventional Linux hosting accompanied by personalized website development.

Web development is one of the stronger parts of the business. Projects can include contact forms, user-registration systems, searchable product catalogs, administration areas, comments, surveys, image and video galleries, blogs, forums, shopping carts and reservation systems. Development technologies include PHP, ASP, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, JavaScript, Ajax and Java, together with internally developed programming frameworks.

Websites are created as individual projects rather than being restricted to standardized templates. Monthly maintenance arrangements are also available for customers that need regular content updates, technical modifications or continued development after launch.

The company website reflects its long history but has not been modernized to current hosting-industry standards. It uses an older fixed-width layout, image-based headings and a purchasing flow designed primarily for desktop screens. Mobile navigation is limited, and only a Spanish-language version exists.
