😠 Worst customer service possible
My problem with ramhost was that they made a mistake that cost me losing all my data, admitted to it being their mistake, and took no responsibility. Their excuse was that having backups was my responsibility (but the ones that erased the data by mistake were them).
I company that is not responsible and accountable when things go bad cannot be relied upon.
My honest opinion? Just go somewhere else. There's cheaper, and way better options. Ramhost is simply not worth it.
