More than two decades in the hosting market gives the company considerable longevity, particularly for a provider focused strongly on Egypt and the surrounding regional market. RamaHost for Web Solutions serves small and medium-sized businesses, personal websites and international customers, while its external company profile places the organization in the 11–50 employee range.

The core service remains Linux Shared Hosting powered by cPanel. Four annual hosting packages range from 3 GB to 10 GB of disk space and include 30 GB to 100 GB of monthly bandwidth, unlimited POP3 and IMAP email accounts, unlimited FTP accounts and unlimited MySQL databases. Email capabilities include webmail, forwarding, aliases, catch-all addresses and SpamAssassin filtering.

The Linux environment is suitable for PHP/MySQL websites, WordPress and other common open-source applications. Hosting functionality also includes CGI-BIN support, redirects, custom error pages, hotlink protection and browser-based FTP access. WordPress Hosting is part of the service portfolio as well, giving customers an option aimed specifically at WordPress-based websites.

Shared accounts have resource-usage restrictions designed to protect overall server performance. Individual accounts are limited to 2% of CPU or memory resources, while outgoing email is restricted to 200 messages per hour.
