Radicenter is an Estonian web hosting and domain provider whose business history reaches back to 1999. The operation evolved through Netpoint Systems OÜ and the Netpoint/Serverimaailm names before the Radicenter brand was introduced for its growing international customer base. Radicenter OÜ itself was incorporated on July 8, 2009. Netpoint Systems OÜ was merged into Radicenter OÜ in April 2017, followed by a merger with GreenCapital OÜ in June 2017, with Radicenter OÜ continuing as the surviving company.

Kenneth Pea has served on the management board since Radicenter OÜ was incorporated and is the company's 100% shareholder and beneficial owner. Estonian company statistics recorded two employees in Q2 2026, making Radicenter a relatively compact operation despite its long presence in the hosting market.

The service portfolio is centered on shared web hosting, domain registration, DNS, email hosting, SSL certificates, website-building tools, security and related hosting services. The company is primarily suited to customers needing conventional managed web hosting rather than VPS, dedicated-server or colocation infrastructure.

Shared hosting is divided into Starter, Business, Pro and Ultimate packages. Storage begins at 256 GiB and reaches 1 TiB, while allocated RAM ranges from 2 GiB to 8 GiB. Traffic is unlimited. Depending on the package, customers can host 5, 7, 10 or 20 addon domains, while alias domains, subdomains, FTP accounts and email accounts are unlimited. Database allowances range from 25 databases on Starter to 1,000 on Ultimate, with combined SQL storage ranging from 8 GiB to 64 GiB.

The hosting environment is considerably more capable than basic entry-level shared hosting. Accounts include cPanel, SSH and SFTP access, an in-browser terminal, crontab, .htaccess support, HTTP/2, WebDAV, MariaDB 10.11, phpMyAdmin, Git, Composer, Python and Redis. Starter concentrates on PHP 8.1 through PHP 8.4, while the higher packages also retain patched older PHP releases beginning with PHP 5.6. This is useful for businesses that still maintain legacy applications while gradually moving them to current PHP versions.

Security includes free AutoSSL certificates, ImunifyAV malware scanning, ModSecurity with OWASP rules, SPF and DKIM, protected directories and two-factor authentication. Business, Pro and Ultimate also include one-click ImunifyAV malware cleanup. X-Ray is available for finding PHP and application-performance bottlenecks, while AccelerateWP can improve compatible WordPress installations.

Automatic backups are stored away from the main production servers and retained for up to six months. Customers can also make full cPanel account backups or separate file and database backups. Independent backups are still sensible because responsibility for maintaining customer data ultimately remains with the account holder.

Installatron has been available since Radicenter became an official partner in 2009. It integrates application installation, updates and backups into cPanel and supports more than 200 applications. SiteBuilder is also included for customers who prefer a visual responsive website editor instead of building a site manually.

Domain services are another important part of the business. More than 500 domain extensions are available, and Radicenter is an accredited registrar for .EE and .FI, including Elite Partner status for .EE. Registrations are largely automated and are normally completed quickly. DNS can be managed through cPanel, WHOIS privacy is available for common international extensions, and hosting customers can also use free .my.ee and .net.ee domain names.

Localization is particularly suitable for the Baltic and Nordic region. The service is available in Estonian, Finnish, Russian and English, making it accessible both to local customers and international users. Hosting and domain prices are quoted in EUR (€).
