RadiaCloud is a cloud hosting provider operated by radiacloud, LLC, a company established in 2019 and currently registered in Delaware, United States. Its hosting services are aimed at individuals, small companies, WordPress users, developers, agencies, and resellers that prefer managed cPanel hosting rather than administering an unmanaged server.

The current portfolio centers on shared cloud hosting, managed WordPress hosting, premium high-resource hosting, reseller hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, professional email, website migration, DNS management, and website-building tools. Conventional self-managed VPS and dedicated server plans are not part of the main product range.

Shared Cloud Hosting is divided into Starter, Pro, and Developer plans. Every package includes NVMe storage, allocated CPU and DDR5 RAM, unlimited hosted domains, unlimited data transfer, unlimited email accounts, unlimited databases, free SSL certificates, LiteSpeed Web Server, daily backups, and Imunify360 protection.

Starter includes 10 GB NVMe storage, one CPU core, and 2 GB RAM. Pro increases the allocation to 50 GB NVMe storage, two CPU cores, and a larger memory allowance. Developer includes 100 GB NVMe storage, four CPU cores, and 4 GB RAM. Support for unlimited domains and mailboxes makes even the smaller packages suitable for customers managing several modest websites from one account.

Managed WordPress Hosting is available through WP Lite, WP Plus, and WP Max. WP Lite supports one WordPress website with 20 GB NVMe storage. WP Plus supports as many as five installations and includes 50 GB. WP Max permits unlimited WordPress websites with 100 GB NVMe storage, four CPU cores, and as much as 8 GB RAM.

The WordPress environment includes LiteSpeed caching, automatic backups, free SSL certificates, Imunify360 security, one-click installation, automatic updates, and website-building tools. The packages remove much of the routine server-management work while still giving customers access to cPanel and common WordPress optimization functions.

Premium Cloud Hosting provides significantly larger resource allocations without requiring customers to manage a VPS. The Business package includes 150 GB NVMe storage, six CPU cores, and 6 GB RAM. Enterprise increases this to 250 GB, eight CPU cores, and 12 GB RAM. Corporation reaches 500 GB NVMe storage, 12 CPU cores, and 32 GB RAM.

These plans retain the familiar cPanel environment, unlimited domains, unlimited email accounts, unlimited databases, free SSL, automatic backups, and security protection. They are suitable for busy business websites, agencies, online stores, and resource-intensive WordPress installations that have outgrown ordinary shared hosting.

Reseller Hosting is available through German and United States hosting groups. The reseller environment includes cPanel and WHM, individual customer accounts, personalized name servers, white-label administration, LiteSpeed, SSL certificates, backups, and account-level resource management. The Reseller 100 package remains available through the ordering system, although reseller prices are less prominently displayed than the main cloud-hosting packages.

Domain registration and transfer services cover common generic and country-code extensions, including .com, .net, .org, .us, .es, .mx, .co.uk, .de, .fr, and .eu. Customers may register a new domain, transfer an existing name, or retain it with another registrar and connect it through DNS records.

Professional email is included with the hosting accounts rather than structured as a prominently separated mailbox-only service. Customers can create multiple email accounts through cPanel and use POP3, IMAP, SMTP, webmail, spam filtering, and SSL-secured connections.

The storefront is localized for the United States, Spain, and Mexico, with prices displayed in US dollars, euros, and Mexican pesos. The primary website has English and Spanish regional versions. The client area supports a much broader range of interface languages, including Arabic, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Persian, French, German, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, and Ukrainian.

The website has a modern responsive layout, although several unfinished template elements reduce its professional appearance. The header includes an inconsistent address and international telephone number, while parts of the homepage contain generic testimonial content, placeholder executive names, grammatical problems, and references to another hosting brand. These elements do not affect the actual cPanel service but make the company presentation less polished than the hosting specifications.
