The customer rents dedicated hardware for an agreed subscription period and gets full control over server configuration, resources and software licenses. Rackhosting assists with requirements, offers, subscription agreement, installation and ongoing choices around hardware, firewall and managed services. The server is placed in one of three Danish datacenters on Zealand, with cabling, power, hardware insurance, fire protection and access control handled in professional facilities.
