The company operates legally as Q Host Technologies LLC under commercial registration number 205503 and maintains its headquarters in Al Hilal, Doha. It is still a relatively small organization, with a reported company size of 2–10 employees.

Q Host is accredited by Qatar’s Communications Regulatory Authority as an official registrar for .qa domains. The company also received CRA recognition for achieving the highest number of .qa domain registrations during 2025.
