*📜 Plan description
ECO-8 is the smallest Economy configuration at 6 EUR per month including tax. It includes 4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM, 80 GB local NVMe storage and a 1 Gbps network connection. Traffic is not metered by a monthly transfer quota. The combination is intended for cost-sensitive Linux workloads that need more memory than an entry micro-VPS while accepting the variable host CPU characteristics and reduced resilience features of the Economy architecture.
Economy Cloud uses Linux KVM virtual machines in France and is designed around a simple monthly, no-commitment model. Storage is local NVMe and network access is supplied without a traffic quota, with low-latency connectivity for European workloads. Each instance receives public IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity, a customer-managed firewall and Netrix anti-DDoS protection. Resources can be increased when requirements grow, and deployment is automated for rapid provisioning when stock is available. This range uses the previous-generation cloud architecture: processor model, clock frequency and memory characteristics can vary with the host, and the customer cannot choose a datacenter outside the available French placement. Snapshots, additional storage and automatic failover are not included in the Economy specification. The 99.99 percent contractual SLA shown on higher cloud ranges is explicitly not included for Economy. Technical support is handled by ticket seven days a week. Public prices include tax, and consumer VPS orders are subject to the applicable 14-day withdrawal and prorated refund conditions. The Economy configurations are currently marked unavailable, so the listed specifications and prices identify the catalog plans but immediate ordering is not currently possible.

📄 Editorial Review
PulseHeberg is a French hosting provider established on May 1, 2012, initially created by a group of IT students looking for affordable infrastructure for their own projects. It has since grown into a broader hosting and infrastructure business headquartered in Toulon, France. The current legal entity is SAS PulseHeberg, part of the SERVERD (serverd.io) group, with Jordan GUERDER serving as President and publication manager. The company has developed steadily from conventional hosting into network and infrastructure services. Its AS62000 network was launched in 2014, SERVERD followed in 2017, the headquarters moved to Toulon in 2022, Lausanne was added as the first Swiss location in 2023, Magny-les-Hameaux followed in 2024, and Marseille was added in 2025.
The current portfolio covers Web Hosting, Collaborative Email and Cloud Storage, Domain Names, VPS, Education VPS, Colocation, and Managed Business Infrastructure. The website is modern and responsive, with complete versions in French, English, and German. Prices are mainly offered in EUR, generally including VAT for consumer products, while Business infrastructure prices are quoted without VAT.
The Web Hosting range combines shared hosting and higher-resource hosting under Plesk. WEB 5 includes 5 GB SSD storage, two websites, ten mailboxes, and ten databases. WEB 25 increases storage to 25 GB and supports ten websites, while WEB 100 includes 100 GB NVMe storage together with guaranteed 4 vCPU and 6 GB RAM resources. EDU 5 provides a lower-cost option for students.
The hosting platform includes automatic Let's Encrypt SSL, multiple PHP versions from 7.4 through 8.5, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Node.js, cron jobs, DKIM, antispam, malware scanning, DDoS protection, and SSH-related functionality. Softaculous is available for one-click deployment of more than 100 applications, including WordPress, Joomla, PrestaShop, Drupal, Magento, and Matomo.
The Collaborative Suite combines professional email with Nextcloud-based cloud collaboration. It includes mailboxes, shared cloud storage, calendars, contacts, file sharing, office collaboration, photo and video management, and videoconferencing. Packages range from one user with 5 GB of email storage and 50 GB of shared space up to a Business package for 20 users with 50 GB per mailbox and 5 TB of shared storage.
Email functionality includes IMAP, POP, SMTP, aliases, catch-all addresses, mailing lists, antispam, and antivirus protection. The platform is hosted in France and uses RAID10 storage protection.
Domain registration covers around 45 extensions, including popular generic domains and numerous European ccTLDs. Integrated DNS management and automatic renewal are available. New annual Web Hosting subscriptions can also include one eligible European domain for as long as the qualifying hosting subscription remains active.
Cloud services are based on KVM virtualization and are divided into several VPS families.
Economy Cloud focuses on providing larger amounts of RAM and storage at lower monthly prices. Entry configurations start with 4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM, and 80 GB NVMe storage. Economy VPS is available only in France and does not include snapshots, automatic HA failover, or the 99.99% SLA included with the higher VPS ranges. Economy configurations are currently unavailable for new orders.
Classic Cloud is the main general-purpose VPS range. It uses Intel Xeon Platinum 8260 processors, DDR4 ECC memory, NVMe storage, KVM virtualization, IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity, snapshots, optional HDD storage up to 2 TB, and network speeds up to 5 Gbps. French and Swiss locations are available. Automatic infrastructure failover is designed to restore affected virtual machines in approximately 15 minutes following an eligible host failure.
Performance Cloud uses AMD Ryzen 9 9900X processors running at up to 4.40 GHz, DDR5 ECC memory, local NVMe storage, isolated CPU resources, and support for both Linux and Windows. This range is suitable for CPU-intensive applications, compilation, game servers, and workloads that benefit from strong single-core performance. Performance configurations are currently unavailable for new orders.
Education Cloud remains closely connected to the company's original student-oriented approach. Qualifying students can obtain a Linux VPS starting from €20 per year. These plans include SATA storage accelerated by NVMe cache, 100 Mbps connectivity, unlimited traffic, anti-DDoS protection, VNC console access, firewall controls, and several Linux distributions. Student verification is required, and the offer is limited to one qualifying VPS per customer.
Physical server hosting is available through BYOS — Bring Your Own Server colocation. Customers can ship 1U, 2U, or 4U equipment to PulseHeberg for installation and management. Connectivity reaches 10 Gbps best-effort and includes IPv4, IPv6, Netrix (netrix.fr) anti-DDoS protection, allocated power, and a 99.99% SLA.
The BYOS model is designed as managed colocation rather than unrestricted rack access. Physical interventions are handled by PulseHeberg technicians. Managed BYOIP is also available for customers wanting their own IPv4 or IPv6 prefixes announced through the PulseHeberg network.
Business customers can use Business Web, Business Private Cloud, and custom infrastructure. Business Web starts from €150 excluding VAT per month, while Private Cloud starts from €250 excluding VAT per month. These managed environments include 24/7 infrastructure monitoring, daily off-site backups, premium engineer support, and customized architecture.
Traditional Baremetal dedicated servers remain supported for existing customers but are no longer actively sold to new customers. The former Hosted Email Zimbra platform is also maintained for existing users rather than offered as a new service, with the Collaborative Suite serving as the current email and collaboration product.
