Poyraz Hosting is a Turkish hosting and server infrastructure provider operating since August 1, 2007. The business initially concentrated on hosting services for a more limited group of private and corporate customers, then expanded its individual and business-oriented services to the wider market in 2017. The current legal operator is PH Bilişim Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi, headquartered in Istanbul. Yunus Emre Atılgan is closely connected with the early Poyraz Hosting operation and its historical Turkish e-commerce registration.

The company has developed a broad portfolio that goes considerably beyond conventional shared hosting. Services include Domain Registration, Free Domains, Free Hosting, Premium Linux Hosting, Business Hosting, Reseller Hosting, Turkey VPS, International VPS, Performance VPS, Turkey VDS, 10 Gbit VDS, Physical Servers, Colocation, IPv4 services, server software licenses and server administration. Free services remain available for smaller projects, while technical support and the more advanced infrastructure options are focused on paying customers.

Premium Linux Hosting runs from Istanbul on SSD-based infrastructure and includes free SSL certificates, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, Imunify360 and Softaculous. Entry packages are suitable for a single smaller website, while the larger configurations increase storage, RAM, CPU allocation and account limits. Higher plans include unlimited email accounts, databases, FTP accounts and traffic. Weekly external backups are included, and compatible cPanel accounts can be migrated without an additional migration charge. Individual cPanel accounts are subject to a 250,000-inode limit.

Business Hosting is designed more specifically for companies that depend on email and require a more controlled hosting environment. The service operates from dedicated infrastructure in Istanbul and includes daily backups. Larger plans provide up to 100 email accounts and 100 GB of monthly transfer. Business accounts receive priority support and use a separate mail infrastructure with dedicated IP allocation, helping reduce the risk of outgoing mail being affected by the reputation of unrelated hosting customers.

Reseller Hosting provides private nameservers and allows customers to operate multiple hosting accounts under their own brand. Depending on the package, approximately 10 to 50 websites can be accommodated. The environment includes cPanel, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux with CageFS, ClamAV, Softaculous, site-building tools and weekly backups. Larger packages include unlimited disk space, transfer, email accounts, FTP accounts, subdomains and databases within the applicable fair-use and technical limits.

The virtual-server portfolio is one of the stronger areas of Poyraz Hosting. Turkey VPS uses SSD storage and Dell/Xeon-based infrastructure, with a customer control panel for restart, shutdown, startup, operating-system reinstallation and console access. These VPS plans are primarily intended for Linux deployments.

Turkey VDS supports both Linux and Windows and includes SSD storage together with customer-side server controls. Users can start, stop or restart a machine, reinstall the operating system and access a remote console without waiting for manual intervention. The standard VDS platform uses shared 1 Gbit network connectivity, with the package specifications setting practical bandwidth limits for individual servers.

Performance VPS is aimed at workloads that benefit from stronger single-core performance and uses high-frequency Intel K-series processors operating around 4 GHz. This product is hosted outside Turkey and provides an alternative to the company's domestic virtual-server platforms.

The 10 Gbit VDS service operates from Bursa, Turkey and uses DDR4 memory together with Xeon E5-4667 v4 processors. Servers connect to a shared 10 Gbit infrastructure, while individual packages have a lower sustained bandwidth allocation. This makes the product particularly relevant for customers that need high burst capacity rather than a dedicated 10 Gbit port.

An additional International VPS platform provides a choice of 13 locations and automated deployment through an API-based provisioning system. Customers can restart servers, reinstall operating systems and create snapshot backups through the control interface. Configurations range from small 1 CPU/1 GB RAM virtual machines through 4 CPU/8 GB RAM plans, with SSD storage and monthly traffic allowances increasing alongside the package size.

Physical Servers cover several Xeon-based configurations with ECC memory and SSD storage. Available systems range from smaller 16 GB RAM servers through substantially larger configurations with 128 GB DDR4 ECC memory. VMware ESXi can also be installed when customers require a virtualization platform.

Colocation is available for customer-owned 1U and 2U equipment in Istanbul or Bursa. Packages include network connectivity and unlimited traffic, with additional IPv4 addresses available when required. Colocation pricing is quotation-based rather than fixed through a standard checkout package.

Poyraz Hosting also supplies additional infrastructure components. IPv4 allocations are available from individual addresses through /29, /28, /27 and /26 ranges, with rDNS management supported. Commercial server software includes ISPmanager, CloudLinux, LiteSpeed, Imunify360, Plesk, JetBackup, Softaculous and Virtualizor.

Server-management services cover control-panel installation, server optimization, security work, monitoring and one-off technical administration. Customers can request help with cPanel, CWP, ISPmanager and other hosting environments, as well as SSL installation and troubleshooting work. The server products themselves are generally unmanaged unless additional administration is purchased.

Domain services include common international extensions together with Turkish domains such as .com.tr, .net.tr, .org.tr and .tr. A separate free-domain program allows selected extensions to be registered and managed through the customer account, with nameservers configurable for Poyraz Hosting or external hosting providers.

The website supports Turkish and English, although the English localization is incomplete and several sections remain in Turkish. Pricing is primarily displayed in Turkish lira (TRY/₺). Some compatibility information still includes older PHP releases and legacy control panels, so customers building a new production environment should confirm the currently available software versions before ordering.
