More than two decades of activity have resulted in a broad portfolio covering domain registrations and transfers, .gr domain backorders, domain reselling, shared hosting, semi-dedicated hosting, reseller hosting, business email, Cloud VPS, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, website creation, radio streaming, video streaming, website migration, server management, and reseller automation.

The domain division is particularly useful for Greek customers. Pointer is an official registrar for Greek domain names and supports registrations, transfers, WHOIS searches, portfolio pricing, domain reselling, a domain marketplace, and backorder services for expiring .gr names. Resellers can automate registrations, renewals, registrar changes, payments, invoicing, and hosting activation through an API or WHMCS module.

Shared Web Hosting begins with the Basic plan, intended primarily for one static HTML website. It includes 500 MB of NVMe storage, five email accounts, unlimited traffic, a Greek IP address, free Let’s Encrypt SSL, and a choice between cPanel and Plesk. The package does not include a MySQL database, so WordPress, Joomla, and other database-driven applications require at least the Bronze plan.
