No formal acquisition, merger or migration notice was found, but the practical shutdown appears to belong to 2023. By June 27, 2023, customers were already reporting unavailable VPS services, inaccessible cPanel access and a non-working website. The domain may still exist as a registration record, but the hosting operation itself should be treated as closed.
The company mainly served customers looking for Linux VPS, Windows VPS, Forex VPS, RDP servers and dedicated servers. PiVPS was not a shared hosting provider in the classic sense; its business was built around virtual machines, remote desktop access and low-cost server resources.
