Pantheon.io Performance 2XL, $ (on request) on Linux Cloud

Performance 2XL is a higher capacity Performance plan selectable in the Gold and Next.js workflows. It is meant for higher traffic sites with no SLA requirement and supports 600,000 monthly visitors on monthly billing or 840,000 monthly visitors on annual billing. The plan includes 4 load balanced application containers and 200GB+ SSD storage. A fixed self-serve price is not available, so the price is treated as on request. In the Next.js flow, it can be used either for a frontend-only Next.js site plan or as one of the separate selections for a full-stack build where the Next.js frontend and the CMS backend each run as independent sites. The plan is positioned above Performance XL and below custom enterprise or Elite needs, giving large traffic capacity while staying in the Performance family rather than the SLA-backed Elite family.

Pantheon is a managed cloud platform for WordPress, Drupal, and Next.js projects. Production site plans use separate Dev, Staging, and Production environments, Git-based deployment workflow, built-in version control, CLI access through Terminus, logs, global CDN, caching, HTTPS, immutable production code, and the Pantheon Dashboard for day-to-day operations. Backups are built into the platform, with manual and automated backups on paid site plans, 1 or 6 months of backup retention, and 7 automated backups in the plan comparison. Sites can be launched in US, AU, CA, or EU regions; application containers, database containers, Redis cache, Solr search, distributed filesystem, request routing, backups, and clone jobs stay in the selected region. Billing for self-serve online purchases uses credit card payment. Support is available through dashboard chat, helpdesk ticketing, and phone for emergency assistance, with 24x7 access on higher workspace tiers. Traffic is counted through site visits and pages served rather than a conventional GB transfer allowance. Annual Performance and Elite plans include one month of overage protection for externally driven traffic spikes or a yearly peak event, with four months for qualified nonprofits. Paid site plans are required before connecting custom domains and taking a site live. Add-ons and professional services can add extra cost, and downgrades do not receive prorated refunds or credits.
