Shared Hosting uses cPanel together with LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, SSD storage, Softaculous, free SSL certificates, WordPress installation, JetBackup, email hosting, unlimited databases and DDoS protection. KVM is the more flexible virtualization option because it provides stronger isolation and an independent kernel while supporting both Linux and Windows. OpenVZ remains useful for lighter Linux workloads where the lower entry price is more important than full hardware virtualization.

Dedicated Servers are available in Dallas, Miami and New York City. These unmanaged bare-metal systems include root access, DDoS protection, IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity and 1 Gbps network interfaces. Current configurations use Intel Xeon E3-12xx and dual Xeon E5-26xx processors, with memory ranging from 8 GB to 48 GB and HDD or SSD storage depending on the server.

Monthly traffic allowances range from 10 TB to 30 TB. Some dedicated configurations include five IPv4 addresses, while IPv6 allocations start at /64 and can extend to /48. Customers can request a preferred Linux operating system and partition layout when ordering, and a cPanel license can be added separately.

The dedicated-server configuration still uses CentOS 7 as the default installation when no alternative is requested. Since CentOS 7 reached end of life in 2024, customers should select a maintained Linux distribution during provisioning.

Domain Registration is integrated into the client area, covering new registrations, renewals and transfers across numerous extensions. A .COM domain costs approximately $14.99 for registration or transfer and $17.99 for renewal. Renewal pricing varies between extensions and should be considered when comparing long-term domain costs.

DDoS protection is included throughout the KVM platform rather than charged as a separate traffic-based mitigation service. Protection covers common volumetric attacks including UDP, ICMP, SYN and amplification traffic. Dedicated servers and shared-hosting products also include DDoS protection.
