The business originally operated as Cloudy 360 Technologies before adopting the Oneway Africa identity, while Msiwile Ndaiyabo is associated with the original company as its founder. Its operations are based in Dar es Salaam.

The company combines hosting with website development and other services required to establish and maintain an online business.
