Enterprise Edition is the usage-priced Onehub deployment for organizations that need the full platform without fixed user, Workspace, or storage ceilings. Pricing is supplied by custom quote and billed annually. The edition includes unlimited paid users, unlimited total users, unlimited Workspaces, and unlimited cloud storage, with no additional per-user charge. Custom domain and complete white-label operation are included at no extra cost. It incorporates the complete business file-sharing, client-portal, virtual-data-room, security, integration, audit, and administration feature set, together with dedicated support staff, customized training, and 24/7 phone support. The custom commercial structure is suitable for broad internal deployments, large client networks, repeated transaction rooms, or organizations whose usage cannot be represented efficiently by fixed per-user subscriptions.
Enterprise users can organize content in familiar folders, upload files and folders through browser drag-and-drop, transfer large collections through secure FTP over explicit TLS/SSL, preserve file history with automatic version control, and search indexed text across the account. Permissions can be assigned at account, Workspace, folder, file, or secure-link level. Administrative controls include password-protected and expiring links, enforced two-factor authentication, complex-password policies, custom session timeouts, role previews, device and session revocation, audit trails, activity exports, Workspace exports, automatic file deletion, and detailed user access records.
