one.com has grown from a Danish budget-hosting business into a broad European platform for domains, email, websites and cloud servers. Danish entrepreneur Jacob Jensen founded the company as B-One in 2002, giving the brand more than two decades of operating history. Customers now contract with One.com Group AB, the Swedish entity registered in 2019 at the group's Malmö address. It sits within group.one, an international portfolio backed by Cinven and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. Swedish corporate records place Redhalo Bidco Ltd above One.com Group AB. Across its brands, the group serves more than two million customers, manages over four million domains and employs more than 1,500 people in 20 offices across 15 countries.

The group has made more than 55 acquisitions during the past decade, so one.com is no longer an isolated hosting label. The portfolio includes specialist businesses in hosting, ecommerce, marketing and WordPress software; its November 2025 acquisition of Veebimajutus.ee continued that expansion. For one.com customers, the practical benefit is a service catalogue wide enough to support a first domain and mailbox, a growing WordPress site, an online store or an independently administered server without immediately changing provider.

Shared Hosting is the centre of that catalogue. Starter supports one website with 25GB NVMe SSD storage, 1GB RAM, one CPU priority and one email account. Professional increases this to three sites, 50GB, 2GB RAM, two CPU priorities and five mailboxes, while also adding convenient backup restoration. Business covers ten sites with 100GB, 4GB RAM, four CPU priorities, 15 mailboxes and standard WordPress themes. Max reaches 25 sites, 200GB, 8GB RAM, four CPU priorities, 25 mailboxes, premium WordPress themes and SiteLock Find. Every tier includes SSL, unlimited data transfer, daily backup, a selected domain free for the first year and one-click WordPress installation. PHP version selection, MariaDB, phpMyAdmin, SFTP and SSH leave room for hands-on development.

Managed WordPress Hosting applies a supervision layer to the same general resource ladder. one.com handles core, theme and plugin updates, runs visual tests after changes and can roll back an update that alters the site incorrectly. Vulnerability monitoring and automatic security patches work alongside staging, daily backup, easy restoration, application uptime monitoring and a WordPress migration utility. Priority access to WordPress specialists is included. A plan combines one managed WordPress installation with a tier-dependent number of self-managed sites, which is useful when one important project needs greater protection but secondary sites do not.

Customers who prefer visual creation can use the Aida AI Website Builder. Aida builds and revises a site through conversation and supports multilingual interfaces and websites. Portfolio focuses on personal and brochure sites; Booking adds AI-assisted appointment setup, calendars and customer notifications; Commerce adds an online shop, unlimited products and appointments, stock and order administration, shipping rules, VAT handling and more than ten payment methods. one.com does not take a percentage of shop sales. The package combines a selected first-year domain, European hosting, email, SSL, DDoS protection and consent features. Its 14-day trial needs no card. Aida must, however, begin as a new site or hosting project and cannot simply be attached to an existing active one.com site.

Standalone Email Hosting is available in Essential and Unlimited forms. Essential provides five 3GB mailboxes and 15GB total storage; Unlimited removes fixed mailbox-count and storage ceilings subject to normal-use conditions. Both include Webmail, assisted import, an AI writing tool, spam protection and an ad-free experience. Spamhaus intelligence helps identify spam, phishing and malware, daily mailbox backups offer recovery options, and an unfamiliar-country login can generate an SMS alert. Migration paths cover common services such as Gmail, Yahoo and Hotmail.

The optional Microsoft 365 range serves customers who need the Microsoft ecosystem. Business Basic includes a 50GB Exchange mailbox, 1TB of OneDrive storage, Teams, SharePoint and browser and mobile applications. Business Standard adds the installed Office applications on up to five devices. Apps for Business supplies the desktop and mobile suite plus OneDrive without hosted email, and therefore suits customers keeping a different mail platform.

Domain Registration spans more than 400 extensions and is available independently of hosting. A selected extension is free for the first year with a qualifying hosting or website package. Common choices include .com, .co.uk, .org, .online and .io. Transfers are supported, DNSSEC protects eligible domains, and Domain Lock can add another barrier against unauthorised changes.

The server range begins with Linux VPS. Five sizes run from two vCPU, 4GB RAM and 100GB NVMe storage to 16 vCPU, 32GB RAM and 800GB. All include 1Gbit/s networking, unlimited traffic, full root access and operating-system choices such as Ubuntu, Debian and AlmaLinux. Plesk can be added, but these machines are self-managed: the customer handles patches, hardening, applications, monitoring and backups.

Managed VPS keeps the same hardware progression while adding Ubuntu, Plesk, monitoring, maintenance, security administration and round-the-clock operational assistance. Redis is included from the M level, and typical web stacks can use Apache or Nginx, MariaDB, phpMyAdmin and selectable PHP releases. Windows VPS starts at four vCPU, 8GB RAM and 200GB NVMe storage, includes Windows Server 2022 Standard and provides administrator access through Remote Desktop. It supports IIS, .NET, ASP.NET, PowerShell and compatible Microsoft database workloads. Preconfigured VPS variants also cover n8n with Docker and PostgreSQL, plus OpenClaw for a private AI agent connected to messaging and automation workflows.

one.com's website is modern and responsive, with local versions in Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish and Swedish. Depending on the market, products are sold in GBP, USD, EUR, DKK, NOK or SEK. The organisation also maintains offices in Malmö, Copenhagen, Berlin, Gurgaon, Dubai, Paris, Amsterdam, Cebu, Barcelona and London. This mix of local language, currency and office coverage is a meaningful advantage for European customers who do not want an English-only provider.
