Omnis Network was a long-running U.S. hosting provider and ICANN-accredited domain registrar founded in 1999. The company operated for more than two decades in the hosting and domain industry, serving website owners, developers, small businesses, and infrastructure customers through a mix of hosting, registrar, server, and colocation services.

Omnis is no longer active as an independent hosting brand. The business was acquired by JetHost on January 26, 2026, and the former omnis.com domain now redirects to jethost.com. After the acquisition, Omnis became part of the JetHost family, with existing customers moving toward JetHost’s newer infrastructure, support model, and hosting platform. For this reason, Omnis should now be treated as a retired/merged provider rather than a standalone company accepting new customers under its old identity.

During its active years, Omnis had a broader catalog than a basic shared-hosting company. Their services included Shared Hosting, VPS Hosting, Dedicated Servers, Colocation, Domain Registration, Domain Privacy, Anycast DNS, and a Website Builder. The website was mainly available in English, with products priced in USD.

Their shared hosting plans were available for both Linux Cloud Hosting and Windows Cloud Hosting. The Linux environment supported common development needs such as PHP, Perl, Python, Ruby, SSH, MySQL, CMS installers, FTP/SFTP, webmail, statistics, logs, and file manager access, while the Windows option was useful for customers needing ASP or Microsoft-based technologies. Shared hosting accounts included several generous features, such as unlimited hosted websites, unlimited email accounts, unlimited forwarding aliases, unlimited MySQL databases, unmetered bandwidth, and unmetered storage. Free SSL and a limited website builder were also part of the package.

Their VPS hosting was built on SSD RAID10 storage, KVM virtualization, Intel Xeon processors, and Linux operating systems such as CentOS, Debian, and Ubuntu. Customers received full root access, console access, reboot controls, reinstall tools, usage statistics, and flexible resource upgrades. VPS plans could be ordered with DirectAdmin, cPanel, or as an unmanaged bare server.

The Dedicated Server line included pre-configured servers, premium systems, clearance machines, and custom-build options. These servers came with root access, reverse DNS management, IPv4 and IPv6 allocation, remote reboot/power controls, and optional management tools. This made Omnis suitable not only for ordinary websites, but also for customers needing more control over server resources, operating system configuration, and application deployment.

Omnis also had a serious infrastructure side through Colocation Hosting. They supported rack units, quarter cabinets, half cabinets, full cabinets, private cages, remote hands, equipment installation, bandwidth options, and 24x7x365 facility access. This gave the company more depth than many ordinary web hosts, because they operated physical infrastructure services alongside domain registration and hosting.
