Privacy is an important part of the service model. Only information necessary for delivering and administering services is required, while customer information is treated as confidential rather than being sold or distributed to third parties. The offshore approach does not mean unrestricted hosting. Customers still have to comply with the laws applicable to the server location. Shared packages range from the smaller OSS-S configuration with 5 GB SSD storage, 1,000 GB transfer, two add-on domains and five email accounts to OSS-X with 20 GB SSD storage, unmetered bandwidth, ten add-on domains and twenty email, FTP and database accounts. The shared platform includes free Let's Encrypt SSL and a 99.99% uptime target.

The Offshore VPS platform uses KVM virtualization and SSD storage, with locations in Bulgaria, the Netherlands and Russia. Full root access is standard, and typical configurations range from one vCPU with 1 GB RAM and 15 GB SSD storage to four vCPUs, 4 GB RAM and 30 GB SSD storage. Traffic is unmetered, standard uplinks range from 100 Mbps to 200 Mbps, and one IPv4 address is included.

VPS administration is handled through Virtualizor, giving customers the usual virtual-server controls alongside full operating-system access. The Offshore Dedicated Server range extends the infrastructure choices to Bulgaria, the Netherlands, Russia and Sweden. Hardware varies considerably between locations, covering value-oriented dual Xeon systems as well as newer Intel Xeon, Intel Core and AMD Ryzen configurations. Storage options include SATA, SSD and NVMe depending on the server.

Dedicated systems provide full administrative access, dedicated IPv4 resources and remote-management capabilities appropriate to the hardware. Network allocations vary according to location. Bulgarian dedicated servers use shared 1 Gbps connectivity with approximately 150–200 Mbps guaranteed on standard configurations and unlimited or unmetered transfer. Netherlands packages use 1 Gbps ports with traffic allocations generally between around 20 TB and 50 TB. Russian systems include approximately 62 TB of transfer with connectivity reaching 1 Gbps, while Swedish configurations use dedicated 1 Gbps ports and generally include 10 TB of traffic. Higher guaranteed capacity and multi-gigabit connectivity can be arranged for larger requirements.

The Offshore Streaming Server range is one of the more specialized parts of OffshoreServers.Net. These servers are intended specifically for high-bandwidth media workloads and are available in the Netherlands and Ukraine. Standard configurations can include a dedicated 1 Gbps full-duplex port with unmetered traffic, while larger connections can scale through 2 Gbps, 5 Gbps and 10 Gbps, with higher-capacity configurations reaching as much as 20 Gbps.

Streaming software options include Wowza, Flussonic and XtremeUI. Customers receive full root access, dedicated IPv4 addresses, Linux or Windows options and IPMI/KVM facilities where supported by the server hardware. Streaming systems are unmanaged by default, with management available as an additional service.

Private Domain Registration complements the hosting portfolio with common extensions such as .com, .org, .net, .info and .xyz. Domains can be registered together with hosting or managed independently through the customer account, including registrations, transfers and renewals.

Additional technical services include server hardening, operating-system maintenance, vulnerability patching and 24/7 server monitoring for managed systems. Development work is available for WordPress, Drupal and Joomla, while e-commerce projects can be built around Magento, PrestaShop and WooCommerce.
