OffshoreDedi is a privacy-oriented offshore hosting provider operating since 2009, with a service portfolio that extends well beyond conventional offshore shared hosting. Its current range includes Shared Hosting, KVM VPS, Dedicated Servers, Streaming/IPTV Servers, 10 Gbps Dedicated Servers, HDD Storage Servers, SSD Storage Servers, domain registration and transfers, website security, website backup, and website/server monitoring. Server infrastructure is concentrated in Ukraine and Bulgaria, while the large-capacity storage range is hosted in Ukraine.

The company is particularly suitable for customers who need hosting outside the United States, jurisdictional diversity, high-bandwidth connectivity or infrastructure designed for content and workloads that may not fit the policies of mainstream hosting companies. Offshore hosting does not mean unrestricted hosting: phishing, malware, fraud, hacking activity, spam, botnets and DDoS activity remain prohibited, while copyright complaints are handled according to the jurisdiction where the relevant server is physically located.

Shared Hosting is the entry-level service. The range starts with Ninja, offering 5 GB SSD storage for €19.99 per year, followed by Ronin, Samurai and Shogun plans with increasing storage allowances and addon-domain capacity. Hosting accounts use cPanel, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, CPGuard and Softaculous, with unmetered traffic over a shared 1 Gbps connection. Free cPanel migration is available when the existing hosting environment is compatible.

CloudLinux account isolation provides better separation between customers on the same shared server, while LiteSpeed improves web application performance for WordPress and other PHP-based websites. Softaculous simplifies application installation, and cPanel provides the familiar interface expected from traditional Linux hosting.

Shared-hosting resource restrictions are relatively strict. Accounts cannot continuously consume 25% or more of system resources for longer than 120 seconds, unattended standalone server processes are not suitable for this environment, BitTorrent software is prohibited, and cron jobs cannot run more frequently than every ten minutes. These packages are therefore best suited to websites, blogs, business pages and normal CMS installations rather than persistent applications or server-intensive workloads.

KVM VPS Hosting starts at €9.99 per month with 1 GB RAM, one vCore, 20 GB storage and unmetered traffic over a 100 Mbps connection. Larger plans increase memory to 6 GB and CPU allocation to three vCores. The virtual servers use KVM virtualization with SSD or NVMe storage depending on the selected node and include full root or administrator-level access.

Linux distributions include Ubuntu, Debian and AlmaLinux, while Windows availability depends on the particular server location and licensing requirements. VPS hosting is available in Ukraine and Bulgaria, subject to available capacity.

The VPS range is primarily self-managed. OffshoreDedi handles the underlying physical infrastructure and network, while operating-system configuration, application maintenance, security hardening and routine server administration remain the customer's responsibility unless additional management assistance has been arranged.

Dedicated Servers provide physical hardware, remote IPMI/KVM access and substantially more processing power and bandwidth. Current configurations begin at approximately €89–€95 per month, depending on the country and available hardware. Bulgarian systems include Xeon E3 and dual Xeon configurations, while the Ukrainian range extends through dual Xeon E5, Xeon Silver and Xeon Gold platforms.

Many larger Ukrainian dedicated configurations include dedicated 1 Gbps connectivity with unmetered traffic. Hardware can also be customized depending on current inventory, including RAM and storage changes. Remote IPMI access is especially useful for self-managed customers because it provides hardware-level console and recovery access independently of the installed operating system.

Streaming and IPTV Servers form a dedicated product category rather than simply being ordinary servers with another label. Packages start around €85 per month and combine physical dedicated hardware with 1 Gbps connectivity, unmetered traffic and IPMI access. Higher-tier configurations use dual processors and can support more demanding concurrent streaming environments.

A free one-time Nginx optimization service is available for streaming deployments, while PHP-FPM and Apache can also be optimized for higher concurrency. cPanel can be used where a conventional hosting-management environment is required.

The most bandwidth-focused offering is the 10 Gbps Dedicated Server range. Ukrainian configurations begin at approximately €649 per month for a dual Xeon E5-2670 v3 system with 64 GB RAM and 1 TB SSD, while higher configurations extend to dual Xeon Gold hardware.

Bulgarian 10 Gbps servers start at approximately €689 per month, with higher-end systems reaching dual Xeon Gold 6252 processors, 256 GB RAM and 2 TB NVMe storage. These servers include a dedicated 10 Gbps Ethernet port, unmetered bandwidth and no fair-usage restriction.

A dedicated 10 Gbps physical port is particularly useful for large streaming platforms, content distribution, data transfer, backup infrastructure and other applications capable of generating very high sustained traffic. Actual throughput will still depend on the server configuration, application, routing and destination networks.

DDoS protection is not included by default with the standard 10 Gbps packages. Customers requiring protected high-bandwidth connectivity need an appropriate protected network arrangement rather than relying on raw port capacity alone.

Remote IPMI is included with these machines. Hardware can normally be deployed within several hours when the required configuration is available, although more complex provisioning can take longer.

Storage Servers are designed for backups, media archives, large datasets and other capacity-intensive workloads. HDD configurations start at approximately €170 per month for 20 TB and extend to 160 TB.

SSD storage servers begin at approximately €359 per month for 20 TB, with larger configurations available at 40 TB, 60 TB, 80 TB and approximately 122.88 TB. High-capacity SSD systems use 10 Gbps physical ports while commonly including 1 Gbps unmetered bandwidth.

Free software RAID is available for suitable storage configurations, while hardware RAID can be added separately. IPMI remote access is included, which is particularly valuable for storage machines that need to operate independently for long periods. These storage servers are located in Ukraine.

The client platform also supports domain registration and domain transfers across a broad range of generic and country-code extensions. Current examples include .com at approximately €19.49 per year, .net at about €17.49 and .org at around €14.49 for initial registration.

Additional services include SiteLock website security, CodeGuard automated backups and 360 Monitoring. CodeGuard provides daily website and database backups, malware monitoring and one-click restoration. Backup storage uses Amazon Web Services S3 infrastructure together with AES-256 encryption.

The monitoring platform ranges from a free single-site package with ten-minute checks to commercial monitoring options with checks as frequently as every 60 seconds, longer monitoring history and multiple notification channels.

The main company interface is in English, while the customer billing and service portal has extensive localization.
