Its services are mainly intended for individuals, developers, resellers, agencies, small businesses, and customers requiring African domain extensions alongside conventional international TLDs.

The company offers DirectAdmin shared hosting, cPanel shared hosting, business hosting, reseller hosting, managed application hosting, VPS and cloud servers, domain registration, SSL certificates, email services, website-building tools, CDN integration, and managed website migrations. The website and customer portal operate in English, while hosting and domain prices can be displayed in USD or South African rand.

DirectAdmin Web Hosting is the most affordable option. The entry package supports one website and includes 5 GB SSD storage, 1 GB RAM, unlimited traffic, ten MySQL databases, ten email accounts, free SSL certificates, and premium outbound email delivery. Larger packages increase the storage allocation to 20 GB, 100 GB, or 300 GB and support between five and unlimited hosted domains.

The DirectAdmin platform includes LiteSpeed, MariaDB/MySQL, phpMyAdmin, Softaculous, Anycast DNS, and selectable PHP versions from PHP 7.4 through current PHP 8 releases. NivaCity also offers several VPS and cloud-server categories, including shared x86 virtual machines, Arm64 servers, and dedicated-vCPU configurations. Features include full root access, SSD storage, operating-system selection, firewall controls, DDoS protection, IPv4 connectivity, and substantial monthly transfer allocations.

Domain registration is an important part of the business. In addition to .com, .net, and .org, NivaCity supports numerous African extensions, including .co.za, .co.zw, and .africa, together with several country-specific domains that can be difficult to obtain through mainstream international registrars.
