nicevps.net positions itself as a privacy-first, offshore-friendly hosting provider focused on confidentiality, security, and high availability. They explicitly allow minimal personal data at signup, support anonymous access over Tor, publish a PGP key, and state that they do not log IP addresses. Service blacklists are not imposed; customers are responsible for what they host within the stated rules. They offer a compact product lineup—Web Hosting, Virtual Private Servers (KVM/LXC), Dedicated Servers, VPN, and Domains—with a clear emphasis on security hardening and anonymity. Notable technical features include Full Disk Encryption on KVM VPS, Anti-DDoS protection, dedicated IPv4 plus /64 IPv6 per service, reverse DNS support, and options like custom ISO installs (KVM) and nested virtualization. Hardware is presented as privately owned by the company, along with their own network and AS with multiple fiber uplinks, while datacenter buildings themselves are not claimed as owned.
For positioning, they stress offshore hosting locations and privacy jurisdiction benefits. One facility is noted in Dominica for offshore context, while day-to-day hosting footprints for shared, VPS, and dedicated services are centered in the Netherlands (Amsterdam/Serverius). The site is multilingual (English, Spanish, French, Italian, Vietnamese, Russian, Persian, Chinese Simplified), but commercial presentation and billing are in EUR and cryptocurrency-only.

😠 Scam. Scam everywhere!
Scammers.
I purchased a VPS from them hoping to host a Tor exit node for participating to the Tor network. 2 weeks later I eventually logged into the platform to configure the IPv6 allocated to the box and found out that I had nearly 100% of the VPS price in minus in my account balance.
When I respectfully inquired them to give me an explanation for the amount that they claimed, a support told me they received abuse reports from my exit node and that I should pay as soon as possible to continue using the VPS.
In the message they refered to their ToS even though there's nothing about paying for abuse reports they receive. The idea itself is ludicrous and.. surprise! there's nothing in their ToS talking about any of this.
I then asked them why nobody ever forwarded me these reports to me or notify me of the situation and guess what... The admin said that their system failed to notify me.
How does this unique pay-per-abuse-we-receive feature works? We'll never know because they closed the ticket without the possibility of responding. Maybe I could open a new ticket but I'll let that to someone that might be more adventurous.
All in all they treat their customers like shit, can't explain shit and are probably full of shit themselves.
Beware before purchasing from them.
PS: If you want to ruin theirs customers.. Send a bunch of reports!

😠 NiceVPS.net
I got a VPS. I decided to test it, Windows was not installed right away, although it was turned on, they demanded an additional 20 euros, if I want to set it up, I paid immediately. Further, the VPS did not load at all, for a day support tried to help me by changing the password and said that everything was fine, but the password did not fit. Then the support put me on the black list so that I could not write and closed the server, I wrote to finance, he apologized for the employees, turned on the server, but the bullying continued with a password. There is only one conclusion: bypass this site, there are scammers, they do not provide services that you pay for. Collecting money and bullying. Now they have banned access to the account altogether. P.s: Margo. money cheating
