Nexus Technologies is one of Pakistan’s longer-established web hosting and IT service providers, operating since March 1998. The company began with email forwarding, mailbox services, and mailing-list management before adding commercial domain registration and virtual hosting in 1999.

Its head office is in Islamabad, with additional sales offices in Karachi, Lahore, and Peshawar, as well as a branch in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The organization employs approximately 51–200 people. Zahid N. Sindhu served as a founding partner from 1998 to 2003, while Ehsan Batalvi is associated with the company as owner and CEO.

Nexus provides a much broader portfolio than a conventional shared-hosting supplier. Its services include Linux shared hosting, Windows hosting, business hosting, Pakistan-based hosting, UAE-oriented hosting, cloud VPS, dedicated servers, domain registration, professional email, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, SSL certificates, website security, managed cybersecurity, SIEM and SOC deployment, penetration testing, security audits, source-code analysis, web development, mobile applications, and ERP software.

Smart Web Hosting uses SSD or NVMe storage together with the ispmanager control panel. The Nexus Cloud VPS range starts with Nano, Micro, Mini, and Pro configurations. These plans provide one to four dedicated processor cores, 2 GB to 16 GB of RAM, 40 GB to 250 GB of SSD storage, one IPv4 address, and transfer allowances ranging from 200 GB to 1.5 TB.

Larger Pro Smart, Advance, and Advance Rage configurations reach 64 GB of RAM, 650 GB of SSD storage, 3 TB of monthly transfer, and multiple IP addresses. Customized VPS configurations are also available.

VPS infrastructure uses Intel Xeon Gold or AMD EPYC processors, SSD storage, gigabit connectivity, firewall protection, DDoS mitigation, snapshots, and optional backups. Basic server management is included with standard configurations, which makes the service more accessible to customers without a dedicated system administrator.

The Pakistan Dedicated Server range includes both single-processor and dual-processor systems. The Rockstar configuration uses a 20-core Xeon processor, 64 GB of DDR3 memory, two 512 GB SSDs in RAID 1, and 2 TB of monthly transfer.

International bare-metal configurations include economical Xeon systems and more recent AMD Ryzen servers. Available systems reach an AMD Ryzen 9 5950X processor, 128 GB of ECC memory, two 1 TB NVMe drives, 20 TB of monthly traffic, and two IPv4 addresses.

Dedicated-server customers receive root access and can select supported Linux distributions or Windows Server installations.

Domain registration remains an important part of the company’s business. Nexus has participated in the PKNIC Shared Registry System and has substantial experience with .pk domain registration.

Other supported extensions include .com, .net, .org, .info, and .biz. Domain-management features include DNS records, email forwarding, URL forwarding, nameserver management, transfer administration, and renewal controls. More than 15,000 domains have been registered through the company.

The email portfolio includes hosted professional email, OX App Suite, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365. Depending on the selected product, customers can receive business mailboxes, calendars, contact management, cloud storage, collaborative tools, video meetings, Exchange email, Microsoft Teams, and desktop Office applications.

Security services extend beyond SSL certificates. Nexus provides website malware protection, application firewalls, security assessments, penetration testing, source-code review, SIEM and SOC deployment, event monitoring, incident detection, and network-defense consulting.
