Storage arrangements include software and hardware RAID, depending on the selected server.

Dedicated systems include a 1 Gbit/s connection, dedicated IPv4 addressing, IPv6 on higher-end configurations, reverse-DNS management, remote rebooting, full root or administrator access, and unlimited traffic on the listed packages. Estimated latency between Egypt and the European server locations is approximately 70 to 80 milliseconds.

The dedicated email platform can archive incoming and outgoing employee messages, disable individual accounts, transfer mailboxes between employees, and create catch-all addresses.
