The company runs its infrastructure in Australian datacenters and builds everything around fast NVMe storage, enterprise-grade hardware, multi-layer DDoS protection and a network engineered for very high reliability. The overall feel is of a specialist host aimed at businesses that want solid uptime, good performance, and support that actually understands WordPress.

Their core portfolio is centred on managed WordPress hosting, business web hosting, eCommerce (WooCommerce) hosting, Enterprise hosting and virtual dedicated servers, supported by add-ons such as domain names, SSL certificates, spam filtering and Microsoft 365 email. All mainstream hosting products come with free inbound website migration, nightly backups, free SSL (Let’s Encrypt on shared plans), web application firewall, malware scanning, and always-on DDoS protection.

The Managed WordPress hosting range targets everything from very small sites to larger business projects.
