NETsite.lu is a long-established Luxembourg hosting and Internet-services company with a history going back to 2002. The business began as NETsite.lu SARL with domain-management and web-hosting services, became an accredited .lu registrar in 2007, and expanded in 2012 by taking over German hosting provider HGRfactory GmbH. This long operating history is reflected in a broad portfolio covering domains, shared hosting, WordPress hosting, email, virtual servers, cloud collaboration, website creation, web development and IT-related services.

The standard shared-hosting range is divided between Basic Hosting and higher-capacity Pro Hosting. Basic packages combine cPanel, CloudLinux/CageFS account isolation, selectable PHP versions, MySQL databases, FTP, email, Softaculous one-click installation, a website builder, free SSL, malware scanning, proactive firewall protection and daily backups. The smallest Lëtz Start package includes 1 GB of storage and 5 GB of monthly traffic, while Lëtz Go and Lëtz Grow increase storage, bandwidth, mailboxes, FTP accounts and database allocations. The resource limits are relatively conservative compared with high-volume international hosts, but the packages are clearly suited to smaller Luxembourg business sites, personal projects and customers who prefer locally hosted infrastructure with direct support.

The Pro Hosting range uses the same general hosting environment but increases resource allocations substantially. Lëtz Begin includes 15 GB of storage and 150 GB of monthly traffic, Lëtz Biz provides 25 GB and 250 GB, while Lëtz Pro includes 50 GB of storage. One unusual detail is that Lëtz Pro currently carries a 50 GB monthly traffic allowance, below the 250 GB allowance of Lëtz Biz, so customers considering the highest package should confirm that bandwidth specification before ordering. cPanel, CloudLinux, Softaculous, SSL and daily backups remain included throughout this range.

WordPress Hosting is optimized specifically for the CMS. WordPress comes preinstalled, migration is available without additional charge, SSL is included, and the environment combines CloudLinux isolation, malware protection, DDoS protection, cPanel and AccelerateWP. WP Starter provides one WordPress installation, 1 GB RAM, one vCore and 5 GB SSD storage. WP Business increases resources to 2 GB RAM and 10 GB SSD, while WP Pro reaches 3 GB RAM, two vCores and 20 GB SSD. Business and Pro include managed WordPress service, while management is available as an additional service with Starter. Automatic WordPress core updates and daily backups are included across the range.

The KVM VPS service is one of the more flexible parts of the portfolio. Resources are isolated and guaranteed, customers receive root access, SSD/NVMe storage is protected through RAID, DDoS protection is included, and connectivity reaches up to 200 Mbit/s with unmetered traffic. Linux choices include Debian, Ubuntu and AlmaLinux, while FreeBSD is also available. Resources can be upgraded through the customer interface without interrupting service, and additional IP addresses can be ordered when required. Packages extend from an entry-level VPS with one CPU core and 1 GB RAM to systems with six CPU cores, 8 GB RAM and 200 GB of storage. Managed VPS service is also available for customers who prefer infrastructure administration to be handled for them.

Email can be purchased independently from web hosting. Standard Email Hosting supports POP3, IMAP and SMTP with SSL/TLS, webmail and SpamExperts filtering, while cPanel is available for administration. Packages range from 10 to 100 mailboxes. Businesses requiring collaboration features can use Kerio Connect, which combines email, shared calendars, contacts, tasks and notes with ActiveSync, CardDAV and CalDAV support, mobile synchronization and Microsoft Outlook integration. Kerio mail is hosted in Luxembourg, and deleted messages can be restored for up to 30 days.

NETsite also provides Nextcloud Hosting for customers wanting locally hosted file synchronization and collaboration. It includes file synchronization and sharing, password-protected links, expiring links, user and team management, desktop and mobile applications, version recovery, SSL protection, firewalling and daily backups. Storage ranges from 15 GB with the Basic package to 100 GB and 20 users with Enterprise.

Domains remain an important part of the company. NETsite has operated as an officially accredited .lu registrar since 2007 and provides DNS management, domain forwarding, IDN support and account-based administration. Customers can manage common DNS records including A, MX and CNAME entries, while many international extensions are available in addition to Luxembourg's .lu namespace.

A reseller-hosting range is also available, beginning with XS and extending through S, M, L and XL. Pricing ranges from €19 to €159 per month, while storage ranges from 2.5 GB to 50 GB and monthly transfer allowances extend from 50 GB to 1.5 TB. This part of the service retains an older presentation and some specifications are less clearly structured than those in the newer hosting ranges, so larger reseller customers should confirm exact account allocations before purchase.

Customers without an existing website can use a browser-based Website Builder with more than 1,200 templates. Professional web design, programming, CMS and e-commerce development are also available, including work with WordPress, Joomla, PrestaShop and other content-management and online-shop systems. This gives NETsite a wider scope than a conventional infrastructure-only hosting provider.

The website is available in English, French and German, and hosting products are priced in EUR. Localization is not completely consistent across all parts of the website, with a few older sections and untranslated elements still present. The overall presentation combines newer product pages with sections dating from an earlier generation of hosting websites, although the account tools and hosting technologies themselves are considerably more modern. Prices are generally quoted excluding Luxembourg's 17% VAT.
