The website is available in English and Greek, pricing is shown in EUR, and the overall positioning is clearly aimed at both mainstream hosting customers and more demanding business sectors such as Forex, iGaming, Fintech, Martech, streaming, and ICT.

Their catalog is broad and unusually infrastructure-heavy. They offer cPanel web hosting, reseller hosting, Linux and Windows VPS, customizable private cloud VPS, dedicated servers, instant dedicated servers, colocation, domain names, SSL certificates, email hosting, premium DNS, cloud backup, DDoS protection, software licenses, and Cloud PBX. They also push higher-end business options such as premium SLA packages, remote hands, out-of-band management, BGP/IP announcement, and cross-connect / XConnect services.
