Based in Dar es Salaam, the company is led by founder and CEO Jacob Mushi and concentrates primarily on Tanzanian businesses, entrepreneurs, developers, agencies, and organizations that need locally accessible hosting services.

The service range includes Linux shared hosting, business email, reseller hosting, cloud VPS, domain registration, domain transfers, domain reseller accounts, DNS management, SSL certificates, website migration, and website design. Dedicated server packages are not part of the current product range.

Domain registration is one of Netpoa’s strongest areas. The company handles Tanzanian extensions such as .tz, .co.tz, .or.tz, .ac.tz, .ne.tz, .me.tz, .mobi.tz, .info.tz, .tv.tz, and .sc.tz, together with Kenyan, Rwandan, African, and widely used international extensions. Netpoa is a tzNIC-accredited .tz registrar, making it a practical option for companies that need Tanzanian domain names, local support, renewal management, transfers, and DNS administration.

The domain reseller service is intended for hosting companies, web agencies, developers, and IT businesses that want to sell Tanzanian and international domains under their own brands. There is no account setup fee, and a DNS management platform is included. Resellers should still compare wholesale prices with temporary retail promotions because discounted registrations can occasionally undercut the standard reseller rate.

Shared hosting is divided into five annual packages.
