Terms* :
- Valid for .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info or .name only
- You are entitled for FREE domain, if you buy this Email Hosting plan using a new domain ONLY.
- If you buy this Email Hosting plan using an existing domain (which you have bought previously), you are not entitled for any FREE domain anymore.
- The domain remains FREE every year, so long as you renew your hosting with us every year.
- Optional: WHOIS Privacy Protection service can be purchased at RM15/year

IMPORTANT :
- You can only send up to 500 emails per hour (maximum), otherwise, your account will be suspended for 1 hour, without any notice.
- Your bounced email (if any) should not exceed 80% per hour, otherwise, your account will be suspended for 1 hour, without any notice. Make sure, your email database (recipient's email spellings) are correct to avoid bounced emails.
- No spamming allowed. Emails should be sent only with recipient's permission, and comply with local anti-SPAM Laws.
- If we receive any complaint from recipient (against your spamming activity), your account will be suspended for 24 hours (for 1st offense), or, terminated IMMEDIATELY (for 2nd offense), without any notice. No refund will be given.
- However, if NetKL's IP has been blacklisted by any SPAM-Guard database (due to your spamming activity), your account will be terminated immediately, without any notice (eventhough it's the 1st offense). No refund will be given.
- No scamming allowed. If we receive any scamming complaint from the authority, your account will be terminated IMMEDIATELY, without any notice. No refund will be given. Your details will be given to the authority, for their investigations & further actions.
